Hello my sacred friend,

I am Laurie Andros and welcome to this guided meditation.

This is a walking meditation and I invite you to just pop in your headphones and take me on a walk with you.

This meditation is the journey within creates expansion without.

As you walk,

As you listen to this audio,

As you connect with life around you,

I invite you to create awareness around your experience and within yourself.

Let's begin our walk together.

I want to invite you to begin by taking a nice full inhale through your nose,

Breathing in the air around you,

Drawing it in,

Inviting it to nourish every cell of your body.

As you gently step forward,

One step at a time,

Find a rhythm between your inhale and your exhale,

One that matches your steps.

As you experience this rhythm,

Let yourself be ever more present in your body and in your environment.

In our time together,

We are going to tune into the world around you,

Your external world,

Connecting with each of your senses.

Notice that anything that shows up during this experience,

Whether it feels a bit startling or it feels like a warm hug,

Is exactly what is meant to be here,

Inviting you into deeper presence within yourself.

Let's begin with your sense of seeing without effort,

Without trying really hard to notice everything.

Allow your eyes to just pay attention to what surrounds you,

Softly,

Gently observing,

Noticing,

Noticing color,

Light,

Shape,

People,

Animals.

Just simply observe,

No judgment,

Just observation,

Awareness,

Love,

Presence.

Offer your eyes some gratitude,

What incredible gifts they are.

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you.

And then let's shift our awareness to scent.

Tune into your experience with your sense of smell.

What do you smell?

What does your environment smell like today?

What does it remind you of?

What emotions are evoked?

Simply presence yourself with the sense the world around you.

As we make a shift to our next sense,

I want to invite your awareness back to your breath and back to your world.

And back to your rhythm,

Your pace.

Feel the presence of the earth,

Feel the presence of yourself upon the earth.

With each step,

Noticing how your breath dances with the breath of the earth,

With the breath of the earth,

Allowing your breath to harmonize with the world around you,

Expanding and contracting with each step,

With each inhale,

With each exhale.

With your next inhale,

Bring your awareness to your sense of touch.

What in your world,

In your environment would you like to connect with through the sense of touch?

Maybe the trees,

The earth.

Maybe you would like to pick up a rock or a shell,

A piece of wood,

A leaf,

A feather.

I invite you to pick up something from the natural world and carry it with you,

Connecting with it as you continue to walk.

As you carry this item in your hand,

As you allow yourself to engage with the sense of touch,

We're going to also invite in the sense of taste.

Not that we are actually going to taste what you're carrying,

But I want to invite you to imagine what perhaps it would taste like.

Once again,

We are going to shift our awareness to our sense of sound.

What sounds are you aware of as you are walking?

What sounds do you hear?

Listen closely as every facet of your being is nourished within this experience.

I invite you to continue your walk receiving the sounds,

The taste,

The smell,

The touch,

What your eyes notice.

Breathe it in,

All of it,

Allowing every cell of your body to be nourished.

As you are being nourished,

Allow that nourishment to travel deeper and deeper through your body,

Through your legs,

Down your feet,

Into your roots,

Connecting you with the earth in deeper presence,

Storing up that beautiful nutrition that shows up in your world every day.

I invite you to continue your walk with the music as it continues to play out,

Honoring your unique cycle,

Your unique time,

Returning home in your perfect time.

Have a beautiful day and shine brightly.
