Hello my sacred friend,
I am Laurie Andress and welcome to the Heart and Will Alignment Guided Meditation.
For this meditation experience,
You may wish to select a crystal or stone as an ally for creating alignment between what is possible in your life and your sense of will.
If you need to go and get a stone,
Press pause and go ahead and do that right now.
Wonderful.
I want to invite you to hold that crystal or stone in your hand and as you're holding it,
Invite it with incredible love and clarity to be an ally for awakening your heart to possibilities and creating alignment between your heart's awareness of what is possible and your sense of will.
As you do this,
I want to invite you to feel within your body this desire to open your heart to possibility and create alignment with your sense of will.
And as you feel it within your body,
Draw that energy together and then with a full exhale,
Exhale that into your crystal or stone.
Wonderful.
Now that your crystal or stone is activated for this journey and ready to work as an ally,
I want to invite you to close your eyes and take a couple deep breaths,
Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
Wonderful.
I want to invite you to bring your crystal or stone to your heart center and just place it gently upon your heart.
Let your breath soften and let yourself just surrender into this moment,
Into this experience.
There is no place to go,
No place to be,
Just simply right here.
And as you're in this space with your heart and with your crystal or stone,
I want to invite you to ask your heart if there's anything your heart would like to share with you today.
Let yourself with full love and compassion and receptivity welcome what your heart is sharing and ask your heart if there is any action that it is calling for you to take.
Wonderful.
And notice how that feels within your body.
Do you feel hesitation?
Do you feel excitement?
Do you feel worry or doubt?
Or perhaps have this little sneaky voice in the back of your mind that's saying,
I will never really do that.
Just observe whatever is showing up.
I'm sure you're feeling it.
Observe whatever is showing up.
Observe it with love and compassion.
Observe it without judgment and then thank it.
Thank your body.
Thank your mind.
Thank yourself for showing you where you have a little resistance.
Yes,
Thank you.
Wonderful.
And then we are going to ask the crystal for a little support here.
We're going to invite the crystal to serve as an ally for clearing our resistance,
For drawing it down to the earth.
Yes.
So allow yourself to witness where that resistance is within you,
If there is any,
And invite it to come together and invite the crystal to support it in flowing down deeper and deeper into the earth.
Offering it to Mother Earth to mulch,
To compost,
To digest into fertile soil so that it may in turn nourish your roots rather than deplete them.
Wonderful.
Offer gratitude to your crystal.
And then we're going to bring our crystal from our heart down to our navel center.
This is the space between our second and third chakra and it connects our sense of will with our sense of creativity.
It's the place in between.
We are going to bring awareness to that request from our heart.
We're going to honor that and invite our creative self,
Our personal will,
To come into alignment with that heart request.
All you need to do right now is just simply hold that crystal in its space and breathe.
Nice full inhales through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Soft,
Gentle,
And present with you.
Present with the sacred request of your heart.
Wonderful.
Now I want to invite you from here to draw up energy from the earth right through your roots.
Invite the crystals to support you in calling up nourishing energy from the earth through your roots to your navel center,
To your heart,
Your throat,
Your third eye,
Crown,
And then up and allow it to fountain out of your crown.
Beautiful fountain that cascades all the way around you and back down to the earth.
Energy that creates alignment and nourishment.
Wonderful.
And then let's draw energy down from our crown,
From spirit,
From the heavens.
Let it draw through all the way down from your crown,
Through your third eye,
Through your throat,
Your heart,
Your sense of power,
Creative center,
And then down to your roots and into the earth and then fountain up.
Mm-hmm.
Fountain up from the earth in a wonderful cascade,
A rainbow of light that meets with that cascade that's falling from your crown.
Wonderful.
Letting yourself continue to just breathe fully present,
Fully in your space.
There you go.
Fully nourished with love from the earth and love from divine source.
Fully connected,
Fully in alignment.
Wonderful.
Bring your crystal back up to your heart.
Offer your heart gratitude.
Mm-hmm.
Offer the crystal gratitude.
Thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you.
And place your crystal down and bring your full awareness of back into this moment,
Back into the space.
And take a full inhale and exhale.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes and then spend a bit of time in reflection and make a plan to go ahead and do what your heart asked of you today.
Remember that you can come back to this meditation again and again,
Creating alignment between your heart and your will and clearing away any sense of resistance that may be showing up for you.
Your crystal or stone has taken on a special job right now.
I invite you to carry it with you over the next couple days.
As you take the action your heart has invited you to take.
Let it be an ally as you continue to create alignment between your heart and your will.
