Welcome to this 10-minute meditation.
Today we're going to be focusing on the energy of money.
Find yourself in a comfortable position.
Whether that's seated or lying down,
Just make sure your back is nice and straight.
You're going to be sitting in a chair or comfortably sitting on the floor or couch cross-legged.
Finding a spot that just feels really good for you.
Allowing you to completely relax.
Once you're settled,
Close your eyes.
And take a really big deep breath in through the nose.
And exhale,
Sigh it out the mouth.
One more time,
Big deep breath in through the nose.
Exhale,
Sigh it out the mouth.
And then let your breath return back to normal.
And I want you to focus your attention on your breath.
And anytime your mind wanders,
Bring your attention back to the breath.
With each inhale,
Imagine bringing in everything that you need to feel better today.
And with each exhale,
Visualize everything you no longer need leaving you.
Inhale everything good,
Exhale everything that's no longer serving you.
And then let your breath return back to normal.
Now I want you to come with me through this visualization.
Helping you raise the vibration of your money mindset.
And I want you to imagine the next purchase you have to make.
Maybe it's an investment in your business.
Maybe it's just groceries.
Maybe you need to pay a bill.
Whatever that next purchase is,
I want you to imagine holding the amount that you need in cash in your hands.
And as you hold that cash in your hands,
You're feeling what it feels like to hold that money,
Knowing that the money that's in your hand,
That's just a physical item.
But it's not the energy behind the money.
I want you to think about the money that's in your hand coming from the universe or from God.
Whoever you believe that money comes from focusing on the fact that money flows to you from a higher source.
And as you breathe in,
You focus on that money coming as energy from something higher than your job or your clients.
You focus on that energy flowing into that money in your hand as energy from the highest supply possible.
Maybe you see a light as you picture that energetic field coming down into the money that you're holding in your hand.
And I want you to think about where that money has been before.
And then I want you to think about where that money is going to go,
All the good that that money is going to do when you circulate that,
When you send that energy out.
Think about the next person that might hold that money.
A mom that needs to buy diapers.
College student that needs cheap meal.
Think about the joy it's going to bring the next person that receives that money as you circulate that energy back out.
And I want you to think about as you send that money out to wherever you're going to be making your purchase,
One light going out and 10 bright white pure lights of energy coming back to you.
So it's like this exchange that's happening at the same time one light goes out 10 pure lights come back to you,
Symbolizing the fact that as you send money out,
Without any restriction,
Without any expectation that that money always comes back to you tenfold.
And as you imagine this relish in those feelings of abundance and prosperity and trust and all knowing.
Tune into the feelings of what you know it would feel like being 100% confident that all of the abundance is always flowing to you.
And when you feel ready,
Bring your attention back to your breath.
Letting go of that visualization,
Letting everything begin to work for you in your favor as you manifest all of the abundance that you were born to manifest.
When you feel ready begin to move the body,
Possibly wiggling your fingers moving the toes.
Maybe before you open your eyes you take a really big giant stretch.
Just like you would as soon as you wake up in the morning.
