Namaste.
My name is Lauren and this is a yoga nidra that's designed to help you attract abundance into your life.
Yoga nidra can help you do this by planting seeds of positive intentions during your most relaxed state that gradually shifts and reprograms your subconscious mind.
Make your way into a lying down position,
One where you can be comfortable,
Really cozy,
And completely relaxed.
Make sure you're warm and supported with props and pillows or anything that you need so that your body can become completely settled.
Close the eyes or take a soft gaze.
And let's take a really big deep breath in through the nose.
Exhale,
Let it all out the mouth.
Two more times,
Big cleansing inhale through the nose.
Exhale,
Release everything you've brought with you today to this practice.
One more time,
Big inhale.
Exhale,
Letting everything go.
Notice the eyelids,
What you can see or sense behind the eyelids.
Maybe it's light or darkness.
Noticing now any tastes in your mouth or sensations,
Feelings going on in the mouth or teeth.
And then shifting your awareness,
Listening now to the sounds,
Turning the sounds inward so that you're listening deeply to a sense of what's happening on the inside,
Tuning out and withdrawing from all of the other sensations and things that you hear externally.
And can you imagine releasing and letting go of any tension in the forehead,
Releasing tension in the jaw and face,
Anything that you can let go of in the mouth area,
Moving down,
Allowing the outer edges of your body to dissolve as you sink deeper into the surface below you.
So that you're so relaxed,
There's no defined line there.
Everything becomes kind of muddled,
Releasing tension from the neck,
Chest,
Belly,
Hips and legs.
And could you imagine now a zipper that starts at the top of your head and it ends at the tips of your toes?
And imagine that you start to unzip the zipper,
Starting at the top of the head,
Unzipping the body of stress and tension,
Slowly and consciously peeling away the layer of stress and letting it fall away from the body.
Make any final adjustments that you need here so that you can lie still for the remainder of your practice if that's available to you.
Planting the seed of positive intention now,
Creating change in the subconscious mind,
Mentally repeating the sankalpa three times.
I am surrounded by abundance and my prosperity is inevitable.
I am surrounded by abundance and my prosperity is inevitable.
Shift all of your awareness now to the tip of the tongue.

Inside of the right cheek.
Inside of the left cheek.
Teeth upper and lower.
The lips.
Tip of the nose.

Resting.
Feel the breath now.
Feel the natural breath.
Feel your whole body breathing at once.
Imagine that as you inhale,
The whole body inhales.
And as you exhale,
The whole body exhales.
Allowing your awareness to anchor with the natural breath.
The whole body inhales abundance and prosperity.
And then exhales,
Giving back and circulating the abundance and prosperity.
Creating a continuous harmonious cycle with the universe that replicates the giving and receiving.
Just like each inhale and exhale.
Each inhale and exhale.
Freely breathing.
Freely letting go.
Freely receiving abundance.
And freely circulating the abundance.
Resting deeply here.
Letting go of watching the breath.
Can you feel or sense and tune into a feeling of gratitude that you have for the abundance that's always flowing to you?
Can you tap into a feeling of abundance of anything that surrounds you in your life?
Maybe it's your breath.
Finding the gratitude in your body.
Noticing what it feels like to rest and invite the feeling of allowing things to flow easily without resistance.
Shifting from thinking about abundance and prosperity to feeling it alive in your body.
Amplifying where you feel it and imagine it to live.
Your place of abundance and prosperity in your body.
Letting go now.
There's nothing left for you to do now but just rest for a few moments.
Witnessing.
Welcome back your sankalpa.
Mentally repeating three times,
I am surrounded by abundance and my prosperity is inevitable.
I am surrounded by abundance and my prosperity is inevitable.
Letting it resonate deep within the tissues all on its own.
Taking a deep breath in.
Exhale,
Let it out the mouth.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale,
Sigh it out the mouth slowly.
One more time breathing life into the sankalpa.
I am surrounded by abundance.
And my prosperity is inevitable.
Allow yourself to bring awareness to the breath.
Noticing the body and where you feel the rise and fall of each inhale and exhale.
Now moving to the body.
Noticing where you feel the map below you.
How much area your body is taking up in space.
Sensing the room around you,
The walls next to you.
Allowing yourself to bring some gentle movement back to the body.
Moving fingers,
Toes,
Maybe circling the wrists and ankles.
If it feels good you can take a really big overhead stretch.
Stretching out the body.
Tuning in to feeling the benefits of your practice.
The abundance and the prosperity that's always flowing to you.
Knowing that you did everything you need to do and your practice is perfect and complete today.
Namaste.
