Welcome to today's meditation.
My name is Lola Wright,
And I am joined by Brendan Dauchy.
Allow today's practice to be an invitation into deep relaxation.
You may even consider this a sleep meditation.
This is a place and space where you can let go of anything and everything that you've been carrying,
Holding,
And just relax.
So with that in mind,
Begin to bring your body into a still position.
You may even choose to lay down,
Begin to close your eyes,
Deepening your breath into your belly.
As you deepen your breath into your belly,
Imagine every muscle in your body surrenders into the support beneath it,
Nothing is holding you back.
As your breath deepens and your body relaxes,
Invite your thinking mind to quiet,
Your imagination to expand,
And your dream state to welcome you.
Rest into the wholeness,
The perfection,
The peace that is at the center of your being.
The infinite nature of reality is within you and all around you.
The brilliance,
The wisdom,
The intelligence that is encoded into your very body and being.
Allow yourself to experience the abundance that is your name and your nature.
The enoughness that is right where you are.
Relaxing ever more deeply into the harmonious nature of life itself.
You are one with this vast reality.
Your existence is whole and holy.
You have pressed into this time and space.
And that is divine.
Your entire reality is rightly organized for your evolution,
Your awareness,
Your growth.
Allow yourself to dream.
Go beyond your finite mind's capacity to make sense or understand your perception of reality as it is today.
Something greater is happening here.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Give yourself the gift of an audible exhale.
Take two more cleansing breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
All is well.
