Take a moment to reflect upon what went well today.
What are you grateful for?
Take a moment to recall something that brought you joy today.
Let this thought,
This memory,
Bring a gentle smile to your face.
Sink in to this positive feeling.
Notice how it feels throughout your body.
Let your entire mind,
Body,
And spirit drink it in.
Soak it up.
Revel in it.
It doesn't matter what you did or didn't do today.
The day is done.
It's time to be present in this moment so you can drift off to sleep and wake up feeling refreshed and ready and eager for a new day.
If something felt frustrating or disconnected or created a negative thought or emotion in your world today,
Take a moment to honor it,
To release it,
And to find the many miracles it may have allowed.
If you are not able to see this miracle yet,
Simply affirm to yourself,
I am ready to change my perspective on this.
I am ready to see this differently.
I am ready to see this as a blessing.
I accept this happened.
I honor my valid feelings and response to it.
I am ready to focus my attention on something that feels better.
Tomorrow is a new day.

Light,
And joy.
