Let go of any strings or attachments you may be holding.
Find the peace,
The calm,
And the stillness of this moment.
Find the strength that this stillness provides.
It is always here for you,
Whenever you need it most.
Today is a beautiful day.
Today is filled with unexpected miracles.
Today is surprisingly easy and fun.
The universe takes something off my to-do list today and replaces it with joy.
Before I get caught up in a disconnected moment,
I am able to find my breath and find the strength and the peace it provides.
Before each new task today,
I remind myself of this space.
I get grounded and centered and therefore make every task that much easier.
Today I let more love and light into my life than I ever have before.
Everything falls perfectly into place today.
I understand that yesterday is gone and today is the first day of my future.
Today I harness the power of the present moment.
I am ready for this wonderful new day.
