This meditation is for the moments when OCD tries to hook you with the thought: maybe this isn’t OCD. Maybe this thought is different, maybe this time it’s real, maybe this one needs to be worked out. Rather than getting pulled into debating, analysing, or trying to prove whether it is OCD, this practice helps you recognise that pattern for what it is: another expression of obsessive doubt. You’ll be guided to ground yourself, make space for uncertainty, and practise not following the urge to mentally solve what feels urgent. A calming practice for moments when OCD is trying to pull you back in by convincing you this time is different.
