I struggle with intrusive thoughts and feelings, and have since I was young. Although I’ve learned to be mindful of them, sometimes they come roaring back and I find myself needing to get back to the basics of mindfulness. Thank you for helping me do exactly that.

Thank you, loved the affirmations. I do feel such shame about living with OCD, very few people know about it, but they know and I hardly ever say when I am having a particular bad day of anxiety which causes OCD to be so present in my life it's oppressing and limits my lifestyle. I really believe talking to, accepting myself will bring me comfort and reassurance which I so desperately crave. Blessings 🙌

This was very good. Ironically it brought up the need for certainty that I actually *have* OCD. I haven't been diagnosed but I'm pretty sure. And during this I found myself thinking, "Is this practice right for me? Do I really have OCD? I'd feel more confidence in this practice if I knew for sure that I have OCD!" I think I answered my own question. I tried this now because it just appeared in my feed, I will try it again in a moment where a specific uncertainty is bothering me.
