This is a practice for when OCD doubt and intrusive/obsessional thoughts are demanding that you get certainty. This practice will help you pause at the exact point of urgency, come back into the body, and gently allow the question to remain unanswered. You’ll practise holding uncertainty with calm steadiness and a simple self-compassionate gesture, building the capacity to let OCD demand clarity while you choose a different response. Repeat this often - each time you practise, you strengthen the skill of not feeding the OCD cycle.
