Hello and welcome.

I am Lizaya,

Mental health therapist and yoga instructor.

This meditation is on the Anandamaya kosha,

The bliss layer of our being.

The Anandamaya kosha is the fifth and the last kosha.

This kosha teaches us that bliss is a natural part of who we are.

That the bliss being is within us.

It is not something that we have to seek or work hard to find.

That the bliss is revealed by allowing,

Allowing ourselves to tune in,

To connect,

To feel and be with this blissful,

Easeful,

Beautiful space within.

So let your body begin to get more comfortable.

Making any adjustments so that you feel supported and at ease.

Take a moment to soften through your physical body,

Relaxing into the support that's underneath you.

Inviting your awareness to tune in and to make connection with how you're feeling and what you notice.

What's moving through you.

Just bringing this caring awareness right here.

Let's bring the focus to the breath.

And beginning to feel with more depth and intimacy,

The flow of your breath.

The drawing in,

The opening of the inhale and the releasing affirming of the exhale.

The Anandamaya kosha,

The Anandamaya kosha,

The bliss layer of our being is illustrated as being right in the center of ourselves.

We can imagine that that center is around the heart and that the other layers of our being,

Our wisdom,

Our mind,

Our breath and our body surround that center place of the bliss.

So I invite you to tune into this space,

Into the center space of bliss that is natural,

That is a gift and our inner treasure in this center place around the heart where the bliss lives and radiates.

I'd like you to imagine a flower,

A beautiful,

Strong flower.

Take a moment to really let that flower form in your heart.

Notice the colors and notice the variety of colors that may be there as you look and as you experience this flower in the heart of your bliss.

As you begin to look more carefully at the flower,

Start to really notice and appreciate its beauty.

The more that you open to seeing what's there,

The more that you experience how beautiful it is and this is you.

This flower,

This blissful part of your being is yours.

Let your inner eyes continue to softly gaze at this flower and see if you can start to really feel the essence of this,

The bright color,

The light,

The beauty,

The openness that's here.

That as you experience this and see it that it really becomes you,

That you are this flower,

This radiance,

This beauty and this bliss.

You are this part of nature existing in its natural beautiful form.

I'm continuing to breathe and be this bliss.

This beingness that simply is.

Breathing in the sweetness of this flower,

Of this beingness and breathing out surrendering into the sweetness and into this being.

Breathing in bliss and exhaling being.

I am bliss.

I am beauty.

I am being.

I am bliss.

I am beauty.

I am being.

Let's take a few more moments to breathe here.

To continue to merge with the essence,

The Anandamaya Kosha,

The bliss dimension of our being.

Then the next couple of breaths will begin to transition from this meditative state by finding a little movement in the fingers,

Toes,

Feeling the fullness of your breath.

And as you continue on your path,

I encourage you to open to the bliss and to the beauty that is within and around you.

Thank you and Namaste.

Peaceful words. Was able to find love and bliss for myself. Not just as my own being but in connection to the nest of the universe, understanding that we are all perfect representations of the systems of nature. Was suprisingly rewarded with a gentle wave of pleasure that washed over me.

The first minute or so seems energetically a bit incongruous to me, but the meditation itself is beautiful. Thank you.
