I'm Liz Findlay and welcome to this cord cutting meditation to release toxic energetic connections between you and another person.
It is important to listen to this track until the end as they are processes to ensure the cords do not form again.
We begin by calling on your higher selves,
Teams in spirit of the highest light and resonance,
Your psychic protection teams and source to come and assist you with this process.
We ask them to install a soul resonance sphere of golden protection around your energy fields and if applicable around your home as well.
This energetic protection is important to initiate before we proceed in case you are receiving any psychic attack from or through the person you are cutting cords with.
Once the soul resonance sphere of golden protection is installed,
Call forward the energetic version of the person you wish to cut cords with.
Tell them you have called them forward to release all that is not unconditional love between you.
You may see,
Sense or feel them in front of you.
So make sure that they are at a comfortable distance.
This might mean that you need to request that they step back if it feels that they are uncomfortably close to you.
If they don't move,
Ask politely and directly again.
If they still don't move,
Then you have permission to call on security force angels to move them back to a comfortable distance which might even be outside of your home.
We ask your higher selves,

Your psychic protection teams and source to identify all cords between you and this person that are not for your highest and greatest good or for the other person's highest and greatest good.
You might see,
Sense or feel these cords or you might not.
That is okay as your teams will see them.
If you do see,
Sense or feel these cords,
You might notice them entering a specific chakra,
Perhaps wrap around you somewhere or they might even connect into a specific area or system of your body.
It could be interesting to note where they connect.
Be aware that it's often the case that cords to the front of the body are usually created unintentionally from the sender,
Whereas cords to the back of the body are usually created intentionally and with likely cause to be malicious.
We ask that these cords be sealed at both ends in gold light to prevent any leaks of toxic energy during the removal process.
We now ask that these cords be removed.
You may wish to call on Archangel Michael to bring his sword of light to cut through the cords or you may wish to ask your higher selves,

We now ask that these cords and all cord remnants be destroyed in the light of the great central sun across all layers,
Levels and dimensions of time and space,
All bodies,
Minds,
Timelines,

Bloodlines and alternative universes and for this to be done to a hundred percent in zero point time.
Cords often have built in recreation programs that enable them to form again if they are removed.
This is helpful if a cord is accidentally disconnected,
For example between parent and child where it is natural to have some cords.
However these recreation programs can keep you in a looped toxic cycle.
So we ask now that your higher selves,

Your psychic protection teams and source destroy all backup and recreation files and programs connected with these cords and for them to be destroyed in the light of the great central sun across all layers,
Levels and dimensions of time and space,

Bloodlines and alternative universes and for this to be done to a hundred percent in zero point time.
Some cords are formed due to agreements or sole contracts between people.
Sometimes these agreements do not serve us at all for our highest and greatest good and sometimes we outgrow them and they no longer serve us.
If the agreement or sole contract remains,
Cords that have previously been removed can reappear regardless of the backup file being destroyed.
So we ask now that your higher selves,

Your psychic protection teams and source destroy all agreements and sole contracts connected with these cords and for them to be destroyed in the light of the great central sun across all layers,
Levels and dimensions of time and space,
All bodies,
Minds,
Timelines,
Lifetimes,
Bloodlines and alternative universes and for this to be done to a hundred percent in zero point time.
We ask your higher selves,
Teams in spirit of the highest light and resonance,
Your psychic protection teams and source to fill all cord receptor points with divine white light to promote healing to the area and allow more of your own natural light to return.
We also ask that the cord receptor points be sealed with gold light for protection.
If the higher selves of the other person wish for this process of healing cord receptor points,
Sealing them and rebalancing all systems within their own body and energy fields.
We ask source to assist with that process.
They may well decline and this is not your responsibility,
So leave them be.
It is now time to release the other person,

You can visualize them drifting away.

Call on security force angels to remove them.

Your psychic protection teams and source to provide you with any necessary healing from psychic attack that might have come through the cords at any point.
We ask to correct spin all of your chakras in the unique directions that are beneficial for you.
We ask to rebalance,
Recalibrate and realign your chakras,
Meridians,
Nadis and the connection between your energetic bodies and your physical body.
We ask to ensure grounding is to 100% and that all layers of your energetic protection are restored and upgraded.
We ask that the sacred space opened to facilitate this process of cord cutting is now sealed in all directions,
Thanked and released.
We also ask your higher selves to monitor the soul resonance sphere of golden protection that was installed and for this protection to be thanked and released at the optimum time when the process is complete.
