Meditation on the white light.
Start with some pranic breathing.
Inhale,
Hold.
Exhale,
Gently hold.
Inhale,
Feel your abdomen expand.
Hold.
Exhale,
Feel your abdomen back towards your spine.
Hold.
As you continue pranic breathing,
Simultaneously visualize a ball of intense white,
Bright white light above your head.
Visualize a stream of light coming down from the ball to the top of the head,
Then gradually down to the feet.
Visualize the white light cleaning and strengthening all the major organs,
The spine,
And the bones of the body.
Visualize the white light coming out of the feet and flushing all the negative thoughts,
Emotions,
And stress energy into the earth.
Visualize a brilliant ball of light at the bottom of your feet.
As you inhale,
See a stream of light from this brilliant ball coming up into your feet and up to your head.
Exhale as it continues up and sprinkles out the top of your head.
Now visualize a ball of intense bright white light above your head.
See a stream of light coming down from the ball to the top of the head,
Then gradually down to the feet.
Visualize a brilliant ball of light at the bottom of the feet.
As you inhale,
See a stream of light from this brilliant ball coming up into your feet and up to your head.
Exhale as it continues up and sprinkles out the top of your head.
One more time.
Visualize a ball of intense bright white light above the head.
See a stream of light coming down from the ball to the top of the head,
Then gradually down to the feet.
Visualize a brilliant ball of light at the bottom of the feet.
As you inhale,
See a stream of light from this brilliant ball coming up into your feet and up to your head.
Exhale as it continues up and sprinkles out the top of your head.
Now visualize the light circulating from the bottom of the feet up to the back of the body,
Up to the head,
Down to the face,
To the front of the body,
And then to the feet.
Let's do that again.
Circulating from the bottom of the feet,
Up to the back of the body,
Up to the head,
Down to the face,
To the front of the body,
And then to the feet.
One more time.
Visualize the light circulating from the bottom of the feet,
Up to the back of the body,
Up to the head,
Down to the face,
To the front of the body,
And then to the feet.
Circulate the light from left to right three times.
One,
Two,
Three,
And then from right to left three times.
One,
Two,
Three.
Gently bring your awareness to your navel and continue breathing.
