Begin by getting comfortable,

Placing your tongue on the roof of your mouth.

Inhale,

Hold.

Exhale,

Hold.

Feeling your feet flat on the floor,

Your hands relaxed in your lap in an upwards receiving position.

Gently close your eyes.

Feel yourself becoming wonderfully relaxed as the tension begins to fall away.

Feel your feet becoming relaxed,

Then your legs,

Your thighs all perfectly relaxed.

Next,

Your pelvic area,

The abdomen,

The solar plexus,

The chest area,

All relaxed and feeling comfortably warm.

Now the hands,

The arms and shoulders all relaxed,

All the tension in the neck draining away.

The head is feeling very relaxed.

Feel the relaxation from the top of your head to the tip of your toes.

All the physical tension is drained away and with it has gone any emotional distress you may have been feeling.

You are now feeling at ease,

Calm,

Totally at peace within and without.

Take a moment now to enjoy this wonderful feeling of being completely at ease.

Inhale,

Brilliant light entering your pores.

Exhale,

Smoke out of your pores and out of your feet.

Inhale,

Light,

Joy and peace into every pore of your body,

Into your organs.

Stress,

Resentment and anger from everywhere in your body.

Peace and love.

Every part of your body is now swimming in beautiful light.

Now look up and be aware a few feet away from you is a waterfall.

Gently walk towards it.

It is actually a liquid violet waterfall.

You gently step underneath it.

You feel so relaxed and so receptive.

The beautiful liquid violet light pours down into the top of your head,

Down into your crown chakra.

Any negative thoughts,

Negative energies in your crown chakra are completely disintegrated,

Extracted,

Expelled and flushed out of your crown.

Your crown is filled with liquid violet light.

Your crown chakra is strong,

It is healthy,

It is bright.

The liquid violet light is pouring into your forehead chakra,

Your ajna chakra which is in between your eyebrows and your back head chakra.

These chakras are now being cleansed by the beautiful violet light.

They are clean,

Highly energized and activated.

The liquid violet light is pouring down,

Down into your throat.

Your throat chakras and your jaw chakras are being cleansed by the liquid violet light.

Any negative thoughts,

Negative emotions in these chakras are disintegrated.

Your throat and jaw chakras are now cleansed and properly energized.

The liquid violet light is pouring down into your entire body.

It is pouring deep into the back of your heart.

Your back heart chakra and your front heart chakra are now being cleansed by the beautiful violet light.

The liquid violet light is pouring into your front and back solar plexus chakras.

They are being cleansed.

Any negative thoughts,

Negative energies,

Especially any stress,

Anger,

Resentment are now being completely disintegrated,

Are completely flushed out of your front and back solar plexus chakras.

They are cleansed,

Energized and whole.

The liquid violet light is also cleansing your liver and spleen chakras,

As you slowly immerse your entire body from your feet up to your head in this beautiful pool of golden light.

You are now completely immersed in the golden pool of energy.

You feel the power of the energy in the pool as you slowly breathe it in.

Your entire energy body,

Your chakras and your meridians are now completely immersed in the golden pool of light.

The liquid golden light is now saturating your crown chakra,

Your forehead,

Your ajna,

Your back head chakras.

The liquid golden light is also penetrating your throat chakra.

It's entering the back of your heart,

It is also permeating through your bone marrow,

Your bones and your blood.

Your entire body is now filled with liquid golden light.

Your entire body is like a sponge soaking in and assimilating the liquid golden light.

It is recharging,

Rejuvenating,

Revitalizing every chakra,

Organ,

Gland,

Every muscle,

Tendon and ligament in your entire body.

It is simultaneously charging up every chakra in your entire energy body.

Your energy body is being recharged by the liquid golden light.
