Energy Healing For Depression

Good morning beautiful and congratulations you made it to another day.

That's a wonderful thing my love.

And I know you don't feel like you can get out of bed.

That it just feels like you just want the whole world to swallow you up and disappear.

And that's okay.

Just stay with me here while we be in this space together.

It almost feels like in the depths of this darkness you can finally rest.

That this is some place where the chaos of the world can't reach you to just be,

To rest and feel safe if only for a little while.

Maybe you have a nice soft blanket.

Run your hands along that fabric and feel the softness.

Be aware how gentle it feels.

Take your hand and smooth the blanket along your body.

Feel the softness.

Think about how nice it is to have this blanket.

Maybe you feel some gratitude to the person who gave it to you or the person who made it or the store where you bought it.

And as you feel the comfort of the blanket you may notice in your inner landscape the clouds parting just a little bit in one area.

There's a small glimmer in your mind's eye that reminds you that there's good out there in the world.

That there's love out there in the world.

That there are people who care about you out there in the world.

That there are people who you can help out there in the world.

Would you like to do some gentle physical movement?

Maybe a little movement of your toes.

Stretch your left toes.

Now flex your left toes.

Stretch your right toes and flex your right toes.

Stretch your left foot.

Now flex your left foot.

Stretch your right foot and flex your right foot.

Well done.

Now stretch both your legs and then flex your knees.

Stretch your fingers.

Now make a fist.

Stretch your arms and wrap them around your body.

Now unwrap them and take one hand and massage the other hand on the palm with your thumb.

And then do the same with the other hand.

Good work.

Now stay with me for a moment and let's see what unfolds.

If you like,

Let's do a few energy practices together.

A lot of times we pick up other people's energy.

Often much of what we're feeling is not even our own emotions.

These simple exercises help make your energy body stronger,

Less susceptible to the negative energies of other people and help you feel safe,

Strong and in alignment.

Let's do them together and just notice how they make you feel.

First thing we'll do is cut cords to anything lowering your vibration.

Next we'll remove any lower frequencies from your energy field.

Then we'll create a stronger boundary against your absorbing outside energies.

These are powerful practices to strengthen your energy body.

First,

Cutting inappropriate cords.

Imagine an energy cord is like a string attached to your energy body,

Mostly down the center line.

So this is where we will focus our attention.

We'll be gathering these inappropriate cords and then disconnecting them.

So with one hand above your head and the other hand below,

Move your hands together towards your midsection as if you're gathering these cords or strings together in a bundle.

Then holding on with one hand using the other hand like a sharp knife along the surface of your body,

Cutting straight down and disconnecting these cords.

Ready?

Gathering,

Holding and then cutting,

Cut,

Cut,

Cut.

Let's do this two more times.

One hand above and one hand below,

Gathering together at the midsection,

Holding with one hand,

Cutting with the other hand along the surface of your skin,

Cut,

Cut,

Cut.

Good.

Third time.

One hand above,

One hand below,

Moving the hands together in space towards your midsection,

Holding on to the bundle with one hand and cutting with the other hand,

Cut,

Cut,

Cut.

You're doing great.

Now let's do a bit of a visualization.

Imagine yourself standing up anywhere is fine and a brilliant light comes down from the sky to the top of your head,

Almost like a spotlight on a stage.

This light continues down from your head all the way through your body and then into the earth about six feet.

Now let's connect that visualization with the breath.

Inhaling into the top of the head,

Bringing your attention down to the feet and then exhaling into the earth.

Let's do that a few more times.

Inhaling into the top of the head,

Bringing your attention down to your feet and then exhaling into the earth.

Inhaling into the top of the head,

Exhaling out the bottom of the feet into the earth.

Good.

Now the last step of this part is to strengthen the aura by consolidating it.

So bringing your awareness to your energy body,

Maybe you notice where it is in space and how far out it extends.

But if you don't,

That's okay.

Just imagine it's about a foot to a foot and a half out and with the power of your intention and with the help of your visualization,

Begin to compress or consolidate this energy body closer to your physical body so that it's only really a few inches off your skin on the front of your body and the back of your body,

The left side,

The right side,

The top and the bottom.

Okay.

Consolidating and compacting.

Notice how that feels.

Does it seem different to you?

Okay,

Good.

You're doing great.

So now let's modify the breathing just a little bit and we'll be doing some gentle belly breathing.

Now you can put a hand on your abdomen if you like and feel your belly expand on the inhale and then contract on the exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Inhale,

Exhale.

Good.

Now you can keep with that breathing pattern as you take your fingers and lift them up to your head.

Go ahead and rub your temples.

Rub your forehead.

Maybe rub above your ears too.

Keep rubbing gently on the rest of your forehead and your eyebrows.

Now rub the center of your forehead and gently rub between your eyebrows.

There.

Maybe now take your middle finger and just tap a little bit between your eyebrows.

Tap,

Tap,

Tap.

Nice.

Well done.

Maybe increase the tapping just a little bit.

Tap,

Tap,

Tap,

Tap,

Tap.

Now as you continue tapping,

Is there something you would like to do or maybe something that you need to accomplish today?

Okay,

Think about that.

And then go ahead and visualize it while you are tapping between your eyebrows.

Tap,

Tap,

Tap,

Tap,

Tap,

Tap.

See yourself doing it successfully and keep tapping.

And as you continue tapping between your eyebrows,

Think of this spot as an energy center having the ability to balance and optimize the rest of your energy body.

Balancing all of your energy body right now.

Tap,

Tap,

Tap,

Tap,

Tap,

Tap,

Tap.

Balancing the energy body.

Tap,

Tap,

Tap,

Tap,

Tap.

And now with your fingertips just massage or even scratch the rest of your head above the sides,

The back,

The knee,

A little bit of the back of the neck,

Whatever feels right for you.

Take your time.

Okay,

Good.

So go ahead and relax your hands now and let's come back to the breath.

Just follow along with the inhale and the exhale.

Expanding the belly on the inhale.

You can do this and then feeling the belly relax on the exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Well done.

Thank you.

Now let's bring your gentle attention to your heart space in the center of your chest.

If you like,

You can visualize a little bit of the color pink.

Otherwise,

Just keep your gentle attention on your heart space.

Now let's imagine that you're breathing through the heart.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Inhale,

Exhale.

Well done.

Now let's do something slightly different.

Breathing into the heart space just like before.

But this time on the exhale bring your awareness up to the top of your head and exhale out your crown.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Inhale through the heart.

Exhale through the crown.

Now if you find that your mind is being active and busy,

Let's shift your awareness away from that and focus your attention on the heart space again.

Breathing slowly through the heart for 10 or 15 seconds.

In,

Out,

In through the heart,

Out through the heart,

In through the heart,

Out through the crown.

And as you keep breathing,

Feel the love or gratitude that you have for a person or a pet,

Someone or something that it's easy for you to love.

You could also focus on a feeling of appreciation for someone or something positive in your life.

Try to stay with that feeling for a while and feel it deeply in your heart space.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Now think of someone you'd like to send that feeling of love and gratitude of appreciation to.

And just hold that feeling in your heart space and feel it radiate out to that person.

And again,

If any thoughts come into your mind,

Gently bring your focus back to the area around the heart.

If the energy starts to feel too intense or feels blocked,

Try to feel a softness in your heart and breathe through it.

Let's spend a few moments here.

Breathing in to that feeling of love and breathing out,

Radiating that energy to someone you love.

Okay.

If you like,

You can take a moment and write down any intuitive feelings or thoughts that came up during this process to help you remember them later to follow up.

Especially if you sense an inner knowingness or feelings of peace.

Okay.

You ready to transition into something else?

Now if you feel like it,

You can get up and maybe go to the bathroom and see how you feel about brushing your teeth.

You can just hit pause on this recording until you come back.

Okay.

Welcome back.

Notice how it feels to get up and walk around.

Run your tongue along your teeth and notice how smooth they are.

How different your mouth feels being minty fresh.

Nice.

Good work at getting up and doing all of that.

Okay.

So what's next for you today?

Maybe you feel like taking a shower,

Eating some food,

Sending a text,

Maybe calling somebody and checking in.

The important thing to remember is to feel free to come back to the practices in this meditation anytime.

Cutting chords,

Visualizing the column of light,

Belly breathing,

Focusing on your heart,

Concentrating and consolidating your energy field.

Breathing in the heart and out the crown,

Especially when you're feeling strong emotions.

These practices can help you throughout the day.
