I created this visualisation/ meditation to send loving energy into the world. We first start with breathing into any feelings of anxiety or of being frozen. Let your breath guide you. The we send beautiful loving light and energy out into the world. If you have the intent of wanting to send peace, love and calm into the world, then this is for you. In this meditation,

We're going to take some time to work through the anxiety that may or may not be in your body,

But just to pay attention.

And then we'll send loving energy from your heart or heart chakra into the world.

Small acts that make the greatest impact.

So find a comfortable position.

It could be lying down,

Seated,

Or you could be doing a walking meditation.

Just whatever feels right for you and your body in this moment.

And as you start to get comfortable,

I just want you to breathe and notice your breath.

Notice it coming in and out your body.

And if there is somewhere that you do feel a little anxiety,

I want you to place your hand over that place,

Whether it's your stomach,

Your heart,

Your sacral chakra,

Your throat,

Wherever it is,

Just place your hand over there and breathe.

Breathe into that space.

Maybe you'll feel your hand rising,

But I want you to just imagine the breath coming into that space and just really opening up that area,

Freeing it as if you're opening cupboard doors and letting the air in to let yourself breathe.

It's okay.

And imagine a flower,

Whatever your favorite flower is,

Or what you can think of now,

Daisy or rose,

Imagine a rose or a daisy or a different type of flower in that space.

And as you breathe into that space,

The flower blooms and it blooms so big with each breath that whatever feeling of uncomfortableness or anxiety or frustration or whatever those feelings are,

That the flower pushes them away.

So keep breathing into that flower,

Just letting it bloom.

And with each breath,

Becoming calmer and more relaxed,

Keep breathing,

Breathing into that space.

If you're struggling to visualize a flower or a blooming,

Just let your breath be what guides you,

Feeling your breath as it moves in and out your body into that space.

Just feeling calmer with each breath,

Taking time to let the breath guide you.

Now I want you to come back to your heart,

Your heart chakra,

Or the place where your chest is.

And I want you to imagine a beautiful pink rose in any stage of blossom.

And that pink rose is where you're going to breathe into.

That represents your heart.

And if you're visualizing something else,

Maybe it's a beautiful crystal,

Then visualize that.

Coming back to where your heart is,

The place where you think of love,

And I want you to bring the breath into your body,

Through your nose,

And down into your heart.

And just take a couple of breaths as you feel the air come in from your nose and down to your heart.

And if you're struggling to breathe in through the nose,

Then breathe by your mouth,

That's fine.

And just take a couple more breaths.

And now,

In your own time,

I want you to imagine a beautiful white light coming from above the top of your head,

Through your head,

And down your neck,

Into the heart.

And let that light continue to flow beyond your heart,

And down your body,

And all the way down your legs,

And back into the earth.

So you're now emanating with this beautiful,

Beautiful light.

And breathe in to your heart,

Breathing in that light.

And then through your heart,

And then out your mouth,

I want you to imagine sending out beautiful love.

Sending that love out into the universe.

So breathing in and breathing that white light in even further,

And in through the heart,

And then imagining it out into the universe,

Sending love,

Calm,

Peace.

Keep breathing in that light as you send it back out through your heart,

Through that rose or crystal,

Or just from your beautiful heart energy.

And you might want to direct that energy somewhere specifically,

Whether it's a person or a place or a group of people,

Or just even just generally into the world.

So breathing in that beautiful light,

In through your heart,

And then sending that out from your beautiful heart,

Out to the world.

Sending love,

Or peace,

And just keep doing that for a moment.

Just breathing in,

In through the heart,

And sending it out into the world.

Now I want you to start to come back into your body.

You'll bring the peace and calm that you've been sending out into the world,

Back to you in your day.

So feel where your body touches the bed,

Or where you're walking,

Or you're sitting.

Just feel yourself be a bit heavier as you come back into your body,

And be kind and take a moment,

Maybe you'll wiggle your body,

Wiggle your toes and your fingers,

And take your time to open your eyes and bring yourself fully back into this moment,

Into the place you are.

And remember,

You can always come back and do this meditation again,

Or this visualization,

Sending love out into the world.

And I want you to remember to be kind to yourself as well.
