Welcome to a time for you to feel into your body and the five senses too.

So take a deep breath and let it all go.

See if you can relax a bit more right from head to toe.

Let's take another breath,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

It's time for us to have a little five senses fun.

Let's start with our eyes and see what we can see.

Can you name five things that you can see right now for me?

Maybe there's something big like a table,

Chair or plant,

Or perhaps you spot something tiny like a little crawling ant.

Great.

Now let's name four things you feel right wherever you are.

It doesn't matter if you're sitting,

Standing or driving in a car.

Can you feel the breeze upon your skin or the fabric from your clothes?

Maybe you can even feel the air coming right out of your nose.

It's time for us to listen well and see what we can find.

Can you name three things that you can hear like a bird or bell that chimes?

Well done.

And now it's time to focus on smell right now in this moment.

Can you name two things that you can smell?

Let's say them out loud and own it.

Maybe you think the smell is yummy or maybe even yuck.

Maybe your nose can pick up the smell of a flower or a passing garbage truck.

Find your smells and say them out loud.

One,

Two,

Three.

Good.

What awesome smells you could find,

Wouldn't you agree?

And now we're up to the final sense.

What is it you can taste?

Name one thing you can taste right now,

Like even leftover toothpaste.

Amazing work,

My awesome friends.

You finished our mindful meditation.

Thank you all for the fun and your wonderful concentration.

I'll leave you now with some words of love and a reminder of how great you are.

You are perfect just by being you and you shine brighter than a star.

Thank you.

You
