Breathe in and out,

They fly around.

You feel at peace and at one with Mother Earth.
You can feel her love,
Her power and worth.
You hear her calling,
Gently saying your name.
And that we are all connected,
Different,
Yet the same.
You hear her ancient wisdom and her knowledge of the land.
You feel at one with the mountains,
Rivers and even grains of sand.
You feel the cleansing ocean and hear the whisper of the trees.
The beating hearts of animals and the buzzing of the bees.
You feel as though you're everything,
The universe and more.
Vibrating with the love of Earth that's coming straight from her core.
Softly you hear a whisper.
It's a message just for you.
Coming from our Mother Earth with wise words ringing true.
Listen to her loving voice and what she has to say.
She's giving you some guiding love that's needed for your day.
Once you have your message,
Be thankful for your gift.
And know you will remember it when you need a gentle shift.
So give your thanks to Mother Earth,
Send it back down through the ground.
You can say it out loud with your words or without a single sound.
You could say it through some gestures like planting a tree or seed.
Picking up some rubbish or doing a good deed.
And when you are ready,
You can open up your eyes,
Filled with all the knowledge and love from our Earth so kind and wise.
