Welcome to the Just Breathe Meditation.
Get yourself into a comfortable position in a safe place where you won't be disturbed.
Now gently close your eyes.
Visualize each breath,
Going in your nostrils,
Down filling up your stomach,
Back up into your lungs,
And slowly breathing out through your mouth.
This meditation focuses on your breath.
With each breath going deeper into relaxation,
In through your nose,
Down into your stomach,
Into your lungs,
Out through your mouth,
Taking all the negative energy with it,
Breathing in the good,
Out with the negativity,
In with the good,
And out with all the negative energy.
Keep a slow and steady pace,
Breathing in the music,
And breathing out.
More and more relaxed as you go.
Keep breathing.
Inhaling through the nostrils,
Filling your lungs,
Slowly releasing the bad energy.
Inhaling through the nostrils,
Filling your lungs,
Out through your lungs,
Out through your nose,
Out through your mouth,
Out through your mouth,
Out through your mouth,
Out through your mouth,
Out through your mouth.
Enjoy this time.
