Welcome to the vibration of the self meditation.

Get into a comfortable position in a safe place.

Laying down works best for this meditation.

Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose.

And then blow it gently out of your mouth.

Let's take three more deep breaths this way.

As we seek deeper into relaxation.

Listening to the music.

And slowing your breathing with each inhale.

Feel your body sink deeper into relaxation.

Let any thoughts that may creep in just go.

Imagine your feet in your mind.

See your toes and how they connect to your feet.

Imagine the top and the bottom all around.

Put your bright blue light encircling you.

Off the light as it spirals up each leg.

Slowly guiding itself upwards.

Over your knee and around your thighs.

You may feel it.

Maybe a slight tingling sensation.

You may not.

It doesn't really matter.

As it continues to encircle your body,

It climbs higher.

Around your pelvic area and up over your belly.

Rising up,

Gently pressing your chest and back.

As it flows down one arm and back up into the other.

Continuing as it spirals towards your neck.

You feel your body sink further down.

You are completely relaxed.

And enabling the blue light to wrap itself around your head.

And gently flowing over your face.

Let your body be still as you enjoy the music.

As you surround yourself in the appearance of this moment.

Surrounded by this wonderful energy.

You are safe.

Notice your breath and just relax.

Keep breathing as you enjoy this moment.

Take as much time as you need.

This feeling of peace.

But only when you are ready,

Slowly bring yourself back into the room.

Reach your arms around yourself.

Give yourself a big hug.

Even after the music melts into the background.

And remember,

You are deeply loved.
