Hey my friend,

Welcome to this beautiful full moon meditation.

This practice is an act of self-compassion,

Of self-renewal,

And it empowers us to manifest our desires with unwavering clarity and intention.

It's about embracing the unique magic within us and using it to navigate the journey of life with grace,

Courage,

And authenticity.

My name is Lisa Watley.

Thank you for joining me on this beautiful healing journey.

Let this meditation be your sacred ritual for transformation with the benefits of a life infused with love,

Purpose,

And endless possibilities.

So let's begin as always by closing your eyes,

Allowing the outside world to fade away,

Turning your attention inward.

Take a deep breath in,

Letting it fill you with tranquility,

And exhale slowly,

Releasing any tension or distractions.

And now with each breath just feel your body surrendering to a state of deep,

Deep relaxation.

And as you continue to breathe,

Visualize a soft warm light enveloping your entire body.

This healing light is pure love and compassion.

Now this light radiating from the core of your being gently flows through every cell,

Muscle,

And fiber of your body,

Bringing relief,

Release,

And complete relaxation.

Let us now begin to imagine that you are standing on the shore of a tranquil moonlit lake.

The full moon hangs low in the sky,

Casting a shimmering pathway of light across the water.

The air is cool and soothing against your skin,

And the gentle rustling of leaves adds to the peaceful ambience.

Notice the energy of the moon infusing the air around you,

And with each inhale draw in the moon's radiant light,

And with each exhale release any worries or negativity that you might be carrying.

Just let go.

As you stand by the water's edge,

Take a moment to reflect on the journey you've been on.

Acknowledge your accomplishments,

Your struggles,

And the growth you've experienced.

Feel as sense of pride for how far you've come.

Now visualize a mirror placed at the edge of the water,

Reflecting the moon's light.

Step closer to the mirror and gaze into it.

See a reflection bathed in the moon's luminous glow.

Notice that with each passing second the mirror begins to radiate a soft warm light.

This light is the essence of self-love and acceptance.

As it envelops you,

Let it wash away any self-doubt,

Criticism,

Or negative self-talk that you may hold within.

As the moon's light fills the mirror,

You start to see your reflection transforming.

Your eyes sparkle with confidence and a gentle smile forms on your lips.

You are witnessing your own beauty and worth,

Just as you are in this moment.

Feel the warmth of this self-love radiating from your heart center.

It's a healing light,

Mending any wounds and nurturing your spirit.

You are worthy of love and care,

Simply by being yourself.

Now extend your arms outwards,

Palms facing upwards,

And notice.

Notice the moonlight gathering in your hands.

This light holds the energy of renewal and empowerment.

As you draw your hands towards your heart,

Imagine this energy merging with the self-love within you.

With this union of self-love and renewal,

Take a few moments to set an intention for the next chapter of your journey.

What positive changes or experiences would you like to welcome into your life?

Visualize them as if they've already come to fruition and feel the excitement and gratitude for their arrival.

And with a heart full of gratitude,

Take a few more deep breaths,

Savoring these positive visuals and energy that surrounds you.

Carry this sense of gratitude with you,

Knowing that the energy of the full moon and the love you've cultivated within yourself will continue to guide and support you as you move forward.

And gently bring your awareness back to the present moment,

Feeling the support of the surface beneath you.

Open your eyes,

Allowing the light of your self-love to guide you as you return to the world and carry it with you beyond this meditation.

And when your spirit calls for you to fill your heart with self-love,

I welcome you back to this space.
