I am surrounded by the love of God.

Breathing in and breathing out,

I turn inward.

Gently letting go,

Stilling my mind.

I let my mind be one with God's mind,

With love.

I feel the love of God within me now.

I am surrounded by the love of God.

I am surrounded by the love of God.

God's love is in all things I look upon,

The sounds I hear,

And every hand that reaches for my own.

God's love is everything I am.

I am the love of God.

Love created me like itself.

God is but love,

And therefore,

So am I.

There is a holy light in me which cannot die.

In love was I created,

And in love will I remain forever.

God can frighten me when I let all things be exactly as they are.

I remember who I am in truth.

I remember God.

I am at home there,

Surrounded by the love of God.

The hush of heaven holds my heart today.

There is no need that I do anything.

Thank you,

In you is every choice already made.

In you has every conflict been resolved.

In you is everything I hope to find already given me.

Your peace is mine.

My heart is quiet and my mind at rest.

Your love is heaven,

And your love is mine.

I feel your love within me now as I breathe in and out of my spiritual heart,

Placing my hand there,

Knowing that love is breathing me.

Your divine presence holds me so close.

What could possibly hurt me when I trust in this love?

I know it's there.

I feel love holding me so close,

And let this love wash over me.

I now trust in this love as I imagine gentle arms of light around me.

I let this love bring me all that I need for comfort,

Relief,

Support,

Compassion,

Forgiveness.

In the silence now,

I rest with God and with this love,

This pure,

Beautiful love.

In you is everything I hope to find already given me.
