I am constantly amazed at this woman’s ability to present her thoughts in a way that totally makes sense to me. Her ability to guide me into visualizing and experiencing each journey within myself, has been life-changing. In the past five years I had finally connected the dots in my childhood, and the harshness and dysfunction of my parents lives. I understood why. Now, with Lisa’s insight and her openness, I am finding true forgiveness and understanding what self-love really is. It’s easy to say, but it takes some digging to find. Thank you.
