This is the fifth and final week of our guided meditations to close out 2025, The Year of the Snake and welcome 2026, The Year of the Horse. In this meditation we will focus on vision, embodiment and your future self.

Hello and welcome to this our fifth and final week to close out 2025.

Looking back over the past five weeks,

In week one we focused on 2025 and the year of the snake and shedding and releasing what no longer fits.

Then in week two,

We focused on listening inward and honoring our inner wisdom,

Our intuition,

And the quiet transformation that happened throughout 2025.

In the third week,

We began the process of looking forward and welcoming 2026,

Opening ourselves to freedom and welcoming the year of the horse with themes of expansion and movement.

Then last week,

In week four,

We talked about brave steps and cultivating courage and momentum to bring forth clarity and forward motion.

Now in this our fifth and final week,

We'll talk about the becoming and embodying your next chapter into 2026.

So take a moment and let your body rest.

Either held by the seat,

The floor.

Let your shoulders relax and fall away from your ears.

Unclench your jaw.

And place your hands gently in your lap.

If it's comfortable for you,

Close your eyes.

Feel your breath begin to deepen.

Notice the inhale.

And the exhale.

And the inhale.

And the exhale.

And the inhale.

And the exhale.

Imagine a warm,

Glowing version of you standing just ahead.

The you you are becoming in 2026.

Open hearted.

Confident.

Aligned.

And ask softly.

Who am I becoming?

What qualities am I ready to embody?

Begin to merge with this future self.

Feel the steadiness.

Feel the clarity.

Feel the joy.

And let these qualities enter your breath.

Your posture.

Your energy.

Say inwardly.

I am stepping into alignment.

I am stepping into joy.

I am stepping into who I was meant to be.

See yourself walking into the year ahead.

With intention.

With purpose.

With courage.

And let that vision anchor into your body.

Take a deep breath.

Deep breath in.

And a long,

Slow breath out.

You are becoming.

You are aligned.

You are ready.

Repeat silently to yourself.

I trust my unfolding.

I honor my path.

Let your breath deepen.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Returning to the room.

And when you are ready.

Gently opening your eyes.
