Hello and welcome.

This is week 2 of our 2025 Reflections from the Year of the Snake and our 2026 Intentions for the Year of the Horse.

Last week we worked on shedding the year and releasing what no longer fits.

This week our topic will be Listening Inward and Honoring Your Inner Wisdom.

Find a comfortable seat with your back straight,

Feet on the floor,

And your hands resting gently in your lap.

Let your body soften into comfort.

Feel the weight of your hips,

Legs,

And arms.

Let yourself be held.

Follow your breath as it rises and falls.

Let the inhale clear space.

Let the exhale release tension.

Begin to sense an inner quiet.

Imagine a soft glow at the center of your chest.

This is your intuition.

Steady,

Quiet,

Honest.

Ask yourself gently,

Where did my intention guide me wisely this year?

What truth surfaced in the quiet moments?

Let the answers come softly,

Without forcing,

And without judgment.

Remember one moment this year when you trusted yourself.

Even if it was small.

Even if no one else saw it.

Let that memory warm your entire body.

I hear myself.

I trust myself.

My inner wisdom is safe with me.

Feeling gratitude for your own inner voice.

You are becoming someone who listens.

Ready?

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes and open your eyes.

Have a beautiful week.
