Thank you for taking this time to meditate with me,
To go into the now,
To embrace the stillness,
To find the I am presence within,
To commune with your inner child and higher self through the power of the now.
Thank you for believing that you are worthy of going within.
Thank you for not giving in to external distractions that pull you away from who and what you truly are.
Thank you for seeking the light within.
As you seek,
You find.
And as you find,
You share with the world.
It is essential that we understand that there has always only been the now.
There is only the now in the sense that whatever we experience in the now will always be the result of where we are focused in any given moment.
I contain the now by remembering the past,
By bringing the past into my now.
I contain the now by trying to worry about what might happen next in my tomorrow.
I contain the now with worry,
With fear,
And with anxiety.
And for the one who has come from a childhood of pain,
Either through neglect feeling invisible,
Feeling unseen,
Feeling unheard,
Like a burden,
And forgotten.
It is essential to remember that an innocent little child does not have the capacity to withstand the pain of the now when they are born to situations and circumstances that are painful,
So painful they cannot escape them.
This is what complex trauma is.
Growing up in a home,
Or in homes,
Experiencing the feeling,
Never feeling safe,
Never feeling protected,
Always waiting for the next shoe to drop.
And for those who have grown up feeling unsafe,
It is essential to understand that feeling unsafe forced you out of the now.
Due to survival,
Coping skills such as hypervigilance and codependency,
One must,
In order to survive,
Focus out of the now,
Out of the self,
And onto others.
Hypervigilance distorts the now and the bridge between the conscious mind and the divine self.
In this meditation,
You are walking it back,
You are finding the bridge between you and your divine self.
Meditation is a way to pull your focus back,
To bring it back to the now.
The mind often needs an explanation for it to settle.
The mind requires organization.
Without organization,
There is disorder.
If you or someone you know struggles struggles with the disorder of the mind,
Fear,
Anxiety,
Worry,
Codependency,
Feeling not good enough,
Anger,
Resentment,
Vindictiveness,
These are signs of mental and emotional anguish.
These are signs that the mind is not organized in a way that can bring the being peace of mind.
You and I are not broken.
Our minds are missing data.
We may not think in an organized manner.
And therefore,
Our thoughts,
From time to time,
May become fixated,
Or perhaps,
At this moment,
They are perpetually fixated on what we cannot control,
Pulling us out of the now,
Causing cortisol to flow,
Causing mental,
Emotional,
Spiritual,
Vibrational constriction.
But the holy news is,
It does not have to remain that way.
You are a powerful being,
Who just needs to learn how to think in an organized manner.
Innocent children come out of the now because they do not have the capacity to process feeling unloved.
And so,
Naturally,
By default,
Through the default processes of personality,
Self,
Id,
Ego,
And superego,
And through the process of the duality of the mind,
Subconscious as well as conscious,
And in addition to the default settings of the mind,
Such as fear,
Fighting,
Fleeing,
And fawning,
All human innocent children come prepackaged to avoid pain and suffering.
The brain is skewed for the negative.
The brain is skewed to look outside of itself as a form of self-preservation.
Creator understood that human creatures needed to be aware of predators and harmful situations.
However,
As adults today,
We have to remember that staying in a survival state robs us of the now.
Being on guard,
Living in fear of the next saber-toothed tiger is a wonderful,
Divine process that has kept millions of human creatures alive.
Living in survival,
However,
Is not thriving.
In this meditation,
We attempt to help our minds to reorganize itself with information and data and spiritual understandings that can help release the subconscious mind from fixating on what happened yesterday,
Or what might happen tomorrow.
Remember,
An innocent child needed a protective,
Nurturing,
Loving,
Consistent,
Stable,
Forgiving,
Understanding,
Empathic,
Consistently stable adult in their lives while they were growing up.
This adult would serve as a north star,
As an anchoring point.
When and if the child was upset,
Their north star would embrace them,
Love them,
And teach them how to stay in the now,
Witness their pain,
Acknowledge their pain,
And offer empathy for their pain.
And in the now,
A child would have no reason to dissociate,
Or fall,
Or fight,
Or flee.
Learning to stay in the body,
Mentally,
And emotionally,
While in pain,
Is a human being's greatest quest.
And in the mastering of such skill is all of its power.
Now that we know why,
We flee the now,
Escape the now,
Focus on tomorrow,
Or stay stuck in the past,
It is important to help the mind reorganize.
At this time,
I would like you to accept that you have the potential and the power to stay in the now.
Now,
You no longer need to ruminate or draw up memories of the past.
You are innocent.
Your mind simply remembers because it does not want you to forget what you should avoid in the future.
However,
Without organizing the mind so that it understands the need for memory,
Is not to stay in the past,
But to just use that information as you would a street sign,
To avoid people who gaslight.
To avoid thoughts and emotions that pull you into shame.
Notice and stay in the now.
Remember who you are.
Remember you are innocent.
You are a child of God,
Source,
And Creator.
You are worthy of love.
You are worthy of peace.
You are worthy of the good in life.
Take a moment and understand that when your mind gets caught on the Ferris wheel of worry about the future,
It is a remembrance and reminder to come back to the now.
Just come back to the now.
Release your worry about tomorrow.
Help your mind understand this is a default survival skill,
And you no longer have to worry about tomorrow,
Because all of your power is in the now.
Another organizing principle you must accept at the subconscious level is that you are love.
You come from love.
You are love.
Fear overshadows love.
In the now,
In the sacred now,
There is no fear.
Remember this feeling.
Feeling safe.
Feeling heard.
Feeling soothed by the sound of my voice.
By the intention of love.
By the healing power of healing loving energy.
Remember what it feels like,
This feeling of expansiveness in your chest.
Fill your subconscious mind with this sacred feeling of love in the now.
Convince your subconscious mind that this is the way your sacred inner child was supposed to feel from the moment of its conception.
Understand it is your birthright to return to this meditation.
To return to this feeling.
To return to love.
And the more often you return to love,
The quicker your subconscious mind reorganizes itself.
You are not broken.
You lack data.
You lack understanding.
You may lack skills.
You may lack self-love.
You may lack knowledge.
You may be stuck below the veil of consciousness.
Seeking happiness from shame,
Unworthiness,
Or anger.
But dear one,
You can't get to peace from there.
So,
We organize the mind.
We go back to the beginning.
We connect with the inner child.
Tell your inner child often,
You are enough.
Nothing is your fault.
You are not now.
Nor have you ever been broken.
You are simply trying to survive.
Based on the coping skills only a two-year-old or three-year-old had available.
And because all life,
Material life,
Is the product of patterns,
You operated from subconscious patterns.
However,
This strategy kept you as safe as possible.
You saved yourself.
But now,
Because you are here,
Your inner child,
Your higher self,
Wish to be released of the pains of the past.
This is sacred time.
This is time that you have decided that you are worthy of.
You have been led here.
And you have been blessed by the frequencies of love,
Understanding,
Compassion,
Empathy,
Wisdom,
And sacred knowledge.
When in doubt,
Return to the one principle that will help you organize your mind.
See yourself through the single eye of love.
Imagine closing your physical eyes and only seeing yourself through the eyes of love.
Dear one,
Repeat after me.
And imagine your three-year-old self,
Seven-year-old self,
Ten-year-old,
Twelve-year-old,
Eighteen-year-old,
Twenty-year-old self,
Standing before you.
Pick any age and imagine them there.
Now close your physical eyes.
See them in your mind's eye.
Open a single eye and repeat after me.
Filling yourself with the intention of love,
Say to your inner child,
I love you.
You are enough.
You are not broken.
Nothing is your fault.
Nothing is your fault.
Your innocent mind,
Which you did not create,
Was only trying to protect you.
All you were doing was trying to survive.
You did your best.
And now it is time to let go of what no longer serves you.
I see you.
I honor you.
And for the rest of my life,
I will do my best to connect with you,
To listen to you,
To hear you,
To understand you,
And to commune with you in silence,
In the now.
Often.
Namaste,
Dear one.
Thank you for spending this time with me.
Until next time.
You are enough.
You are enough.
