Part your lips and take a long deep breath out through your mouth.
Continue to breathe in a way that feels natural.
Continue to breathe in a way that nourishes your body.
Allow your breath to heal you.
Simply breathe.
Bring your awareness to your toes and feet.
Exist within your feet.
Feel the energy within your feet.
Relax your feet,
Remove any tension,
Making room for positive feelings and sensations.
Move up to your ankles,
Allow them to feel loose,
Relaxed and free.
Remove any negativity from this area.
Come up into your shins and calves,
Give them a relaxing energetic massage.
Relax the muscles,
Calm the energy.
Stand up into your knees,
Heal any pain within your knees.
Free them from the weight they bear each day.
Navigate to your upper legs.
Allow your legs to exist without expectation,
They do not need to move or exert energy.
This is their moment to rest.
Make your way into your pelvic area between your hips,
Harness the energy here.
Feel your power,
Allow it to grow and use it as it was meant to benefit you.
Allow your body to conduct proper and healthy digestion.
Allow your body to work as it should.
Feel your belly move as it expands and contracts.
Come now into your chest,
Acknowledge your heart,
Feel it beating,
Feel your life force Embrace the feeling of love here.
Simply sit in this feeling for a moment and just breathe.
Find yourself moving into your collarbone and shoulders.
Allow this area to relax,
Release all tension,
Create positive sensations within this area and allow these pleasurable sensations to drop into your arms,
Into your elbows,
Into your forearms,
Into your wrists,
Your hands,
Your fingers and your fingertips.
Allow your limbs and appendages to fill with pleasure completely.
Find yourself within your neck and your throat.
The power of communication lies here.
Enjoy this moment where there is no requirement to speak.
You can relax this area and enjoy the inner silence you are experiencing.
Unclench your jaw,
Part your teeth,
Unpurse your lips,
Remove the tension in your nose.
Allow the tension behind your eyes to escape from your head.
Unfurrow your brow,
Relax your forehead and allow every inch of the top,
Back and sides of your head to feel undeniably sensational.
Take a moment to create space within your mind,
A calm space,
An uncluttered space,
A pleasant space,
A place just for you.
If you have lingering thoughts,
If you are experiencing distractions,
Use your time now to acknowledge these thoughts and distractions.
Just give them a brief moment each.
After you have looked through them one by one,
You will realize that they do not serve you in this moment and because of this you can now easily permit them to pass.
They may require a little more time or attention if these thoughts or distractions refuse to pass but you can give them a little more time or attention after your meditation and during the active part of your day.
For now,
Despite their willingness to linger,
Still allow them to pass and they will,
Knowing that they will receive the time and attention that they require in the near future.
You may now find comfort in a headspace with limited distractions,
A clear,
Dark,
Quiet space where you may proceed with your meditative journey.
Deeply breathe and enjoy this empty space that you are existing in,
In this very moment.
It is yours and you may take it in for everything that it is.
As the pleasant darkness behind your eyes remains clear and empty,
As you truly exist within this space,
Prepare yourself for a visualization.
Bring your focus to the space above the top of your head.
Here you will see a green spark,
A beautiful,
Vibrant green spark that will light up a tiny little space just above you.
You can see it glow and twinkle,
Just a tiny little green spark right above you.
As you wish to see your green spark begin to grow,
You utilize your connection with the universe to pull in energy from the higher powers above,
Watching energy flow down toward you from the sky,
From space,
From infinity,
Allowing it to feed your green spark,
Watching your spark consume the energy.
It grows,
It becomes bigger,
You see it shine brighter,
Emitting beautiful green rays of light,
Flashing,
Turning,
Glowing,
Energizing.
You are witnessing this green glowing orb of light expand above you into your own personal green lit sun.
Feel the energy from this orb,
Feel the warmth it lays upon you,
Bask in the bright green light it bathes you in.
As you witness your green light morph into an abundant ball of energy above you,
Kindly permit this green energy to slowly enter in through your crown chakra at the top of your head,
Allowing the green energy to use this as a gateway into your own personal being,
Paying attention to any sensations you may experience as it enters into you,
Allowing it to make positive changes as it takes its place inside of you.
Your green light continues to move down through your third eye chakra,
Further down through your throat chakra,

Feeling your green light moving down into the centre of your chest,
Gently settling perfectly within the depths of your heart chakra,
Allowing your green light to make a profound and intimate connection with your heart and life force,
Feeling them coming together,
Intertwining,
Allowing you to feel the energy of your green light deep within you in a way that is otherworldly.
As this energy that you created shines within your internal being,
It releases a powerful green healing energy into your mind,
It releases a green healing energy into your body,
It heals every part of your soul,
It washes you clean of the darkness and negativity and with its bright green glowing energy,
It begins to give you a true and abundant sense of mental alertness,
Emotional stability,
Physical ability,
Spiritual growth,
Energy,
Health,
Wellness,
And an incredibly positive vibe that will exist within you everywhere you go,
At every moment.
Sit with your green healing light as it continues to heal you.
Your green light is a symbol of harmony and health,
Found predominantly in nature,
Green is rich and earthy,
Having a strong connection with our loving mother earth,
This green will allow you to feel calm and ubiquitous,
It is a gentle color and it is peaceful,
While sitting with this color you will feel it offer its soothing properties to you.
Green light is a natural healer,
It is a symbol of optimal well-being,
Its healing powers are undeniable,
It is within your green light that you will feel safe and healthy.
Green light strikes harmony between head and heart,
If you are feeling uncomfortably over emotional,
Your green light will guide you to a place of logic and understanding.
As well,
If you find yourself numb or dissociated,
Your green light will allow you to feel empathy,
Compassion,
Love and positivity,
This will fuel healthy relationships and help you to become stronger.
Feeling the peace and maintaining a sense of calm.
With your green light you will be blessed with a sense of renewal,
Freedom,
Self-control and complete harmony.
