Affirmations are positive and uplifting statements that can successfully reprogram your mind to better help you pursue your desired intentions. This practice is filled with an abundance of powerful affirmations. Throughout this session, every time you hear a new affirmation, simply repeat the affirmation over and over again in a slow, steady, and rhythmic fashion either silently in your mind or out loud. You will thoroughly exercise the power of 14 completely different affirmations. At the beginning, you will verbally be guided through each affirmation very closely. As the session goes on, you will be given more space and time to spend with each affirmation on your own. Eventually, you will be able to walk through each affirmation at your own pace and rhythm infusing the affirmations with power and intention that will serve you in the best possible way. It's not just about believing in the affirmation, but rather knowing for certain that the words you are speaking are absolutely true.

Take this time to release any stress or tension you may be holding in your body and mind.

It is time to relax.

Simply let everything go.

Clear your mind.

Open your heart.

And dedicate this time to reap the wonderful benefits of your affirmation meditation.

Take a long,

Deep breath into your belly through your nose.

Once your belly is full,

Slowly release this breath through your mouth until your body is completely empty of air.

Repeat this again.

Taking a long,

Deep breath into your belly through your nose.

Once your belly is full,

Slowly release this breath through your mouth until your body is completely empty.

Continue to breathe natural,

Deep and meaningful breaths.

The meditation that you will be participating in today is filled with an abundance of powerful affirmations.

Throughout this meditation,

Every time you hear a new affirmation,

Simply repeat the affirmation over and over again in a slow,

Steady and rhythmic fashion,

Either silently in your mind or out loud.

Only focus on the affirmation,

Nothing else.

Nothing else requires your attention during this time.

Feel all of the energy that the affirmation gives you.

Believe in the affirmation.

Make it real.

Do this and you will become empowered,

Impacting your life in a very positive way.

Coming now into your affirmation practice.

I will let go of all worries.

My mind is quiet and relaxed.

I release all tension from my body.

My mind is focused on the present moment.

I am strong.

I am worthy.

I feel content.

I feel happiness and abundance.

I feel empowered.

My environment is peaceful.

I am fully aligned with myself.

I have love for myself and others.

I am surrounded by and filled with positive energy.

Everything is well and good.

Take these affirmations with you.

They are a part of you now and will impact you every day in a very profound way.
