Day is a full moon,

So I'd like us to,

If you have a journal or a notebook,

To grab your journal or notebook and just have it nearby.

We'll just do a little journaling after our meditation today.

So you can stay where you are or make your way over to your hammock.

Just take a few moments to bring yourself into any position that you would like for your meditation.

Okay,

So just allow yourself to begin to arrive in your hammock or your seat or wherever you may be right now and allow your eyes to flutter closed and take a few moments to begin to feel with your body the support around you,

Your hammock or the floor,

Any cushions that you may be sitting on and begin to connect through this visceral experience and allow anything else from your day or yesterday begin to wash away and as we bring ourselves into this visceral experience,

This plugs us into the present moment,

Brings us a little closer to ourself,

To our true nature and wherever you are,

Whether you're in your hammock or sitting,

Begin to visualize your body so you can imagine that you're just floating right above your body and you just look down on yourself.

You just get a bird's-eye view for a few moments and as you gaze down upon yourself,

You see your aura and you notice what color it is.

It may be the color of your hammock,

It may be your favorite color or maybe just the first color that pops into your mind right now.

There's no right or wrong for whatever color that you visualize around your body like a cosmic egg and it extends out from the layer of your skin and it expands and it expands and on an energetic level you can connect to this color.

Often colors have feelings associated with them.

We may find the color red makes us feel grounded and stable or the color blue we feel calm and peaceful.

So just notice any of these vibrational frequencies as you continue to visualize your aura and you tap into this ephemeral experience of connecting to your energetic body.

Now begin to bring your awareness to the space between your eyebrows,

To your ajna,

Your third eye center.

Just a simple awareness,

Your seat of intuition and as you bring your awareness to this space you can take a moment to contemplate on an aspect of your life.

Perhaps there's an aspect of your life that you desire to take,

Inspire change or action or perhaps you wish to forgive someone or something.

You can just notice if there's any sort of challenge that you feel up against right now that may be like a burden.

There's no right or wrong.

It can be the first thing that pops in and if you're not sure that's okay too.

You can just allow something to arise as you sit or lay here in your meditation.

And now continue to hold your attention at your third eye center and begin to visualize a white orb in the center of your eyebrows just like the full moon in the sky above and focus on this white orb.

And this white orb begins to grow and begins to expand like a headlight out of your third eye shining its light in dark corners so that you can find your way through this challenge and make your way to the other side by trusting your intuition,

Trusting this sense of inner knowing and knowing that there is never anything that is too much and that every opportunity in these challenges is a chance for you to up level because life is like a spiral and sometimes the same things continue to repeat themselves but we always get the chance to make a different choice.

Sometimes we may go back two steps but sometimes this is like a spring.

It's like a coil and we go back and when we make that change we spring forward to the next level at lightning speed.

Now begin to draw this expansive white light of the moon energy back into your third eye and begin to draw your attention down to your heart and begin to draw this white orb down to the center of your heart,

Your anahata,

Your heart chakra and now begin to visualize this white light emanating and radiating out of the center of your heart growing ever wider,

Ever bigger,

More expansive and you send this light out of your hammock,

Out of your room,

Out of your house,

Down the street to the ends of the land.

It finds the ocean where the ocean meets the sky and you send your radiant light up to the sky past the clouds,

Past the atmosphere,

Into the heavens above,

To our galaxy,

Beyond the edges of our galaxy and you feel how you are a part of the cosmic whole that you matter and as you bask in this radiance you breathe in and breathe out and slowly begin to draw this energy back in,

Back down from the cosmos,

Back down into the oceans,

On to the land of planet Earth,

Into your house,

Into your room,

Into your body,

Inside of your hammock and you just notice how good that feels,

How cozy you feel in your own energy and once you've brought all this energy back into your heart you can place one or both hands over the center of your heart and begin to cultivate a feeling of gratitude.

You can feel this anyway and allow this feeling of gratitude to wash over you as you bring to mind again this challenge that you may be confronted with or that may just be in the back of your mind and you can just recite silently gratitude for this challenge.

I am grateful for this opportunity to learn from this lesson.

You can phrase it any way that you like,

Can say specifically what it is I am grateful for and just notice if when you silently repeat this if you feel any changes physically or energetically,

If there's a lightness or not and as you allow yourself to just soak in this gratitude just notice if any new intentions arise that you wish to call in,

That you desire as you move to the other side of this situation,

That you can harness this full moon energy to tap into those dreams moving from forgiveness to compassion and connection to remember that the success of our role in humanity is based on connection and not competition as we may have once thought.

Now begin to deepen your breath here and as you deepen your breath you can again just visualize your body from this bird's-eye view laying in your hammock or sitting on the floor and then allow this to merge back down into your physical body and if you need more time here just welcome yourself to remain as you are.

When you're ready you can bring your palms together at your heart,

Begin to rub them together,

Create some heat and friction between your hands.

When they're nice and warm,

Cover your eyes,

Just give yourself a gentle face massage.

Allow your eyes to blink open softly as they're ready and take your time to move and you'll go to your journal so you can grab your journal and just reflect for a few moments on this meditation on anything that came up for you,

Anything that you are working through and if any intentions came to you that you would like to set into motion with this full moon in Aquarius energy.

So we'll just take a few moments,

A few minutes to just write,

About five minutes.
