And just take a few moments to allow yourself to arrive.
Work through any last movements so that you begin to settle into stillness.
Settle into your stillness.
And sometimes this is a process or maybe a swing of the hammock or the gentle sway of your spine.
You just bring yourself to center.
And as you bring yourself into this sense of center,
Just allow yourself to connect to your breath.
Just notice how your breath feels for a few moments.
If this is connected to any thoughts in the mind or any emotional frequencies you may be experiencing or feeling right now.
Maybe even any part of the body that feels activated or connected to this thought or this emotion or this feeling or even your breath.
And just observe.
And in this moment you can just feel how your breath unites you with the present.
You can recite silently as an intention,
My breath unites me with the present moment now.
And as you say this you can feel how you are a part of the whole.
That you are a part of something great.
Something greater.
And it is our nature as humans that we feel this need to be connected to others.
This is a connection that is like a necessary daily supplement for our growth.
And it helps to foster our physical,
Intellectual,
And emotional capacities.
But sometimes we may question how or why we fit in different scenarios in our lives.
Maybe changing careers,
Taking care of children,
Becoming a student again.
Sometimes unease makes its way into our life.
And then we may find that there's this sense of urgency or we begin to feel bad for ourselves that we're different.
But know that you are a key part of the universe.
You are wanted and needed.
And you are whole just as you are.
Allow yourself to connect to your wholeness through your breath.
And as you continue to connect to your breath you can now recite silently,
I am receiving energy.
I am receiving energy now.
And when we breathe effectively this becomes one of the easiest ways to uplift your own energy.
If you ever find that taking a deep breath is difficult for you,
Just consider softening your body a bit.
And you can do this in any number of ways.
You can relax the muscles of your face,
The corners of your eyes,
The space between your eyebrows.
Let the tongue hang in your mouth.
Find some space between your teeth.
Let the shoulders drop down.
Let the upper back just melt toward the floor.
And focus on your breathing.
And just release the need to do things perfectly or just right.
Know that the way that you do them right now,
The way that you breathe,
Is perfect and just right the way it is.
And so as you feel everything here,
You just witness yet you attach to nothing.
And you might even be attached to a number of beliefs or thoughts about yourself on a daily basis.
These are your attachments.
Feel everything but attach to nothing.
And when we recognize attachment we can see it as a state of non-feeling.
To feel means that you are experiencing the sensations in your body.
Now begin to deepen your breath.
And as you exhale,
Pull your navel in and really squeeze all the air out of your lungs.
Take your longest exhale.
And as your inhale comes naturally in,
Begin to draw it in deeper.
Let it become stronger.
And then again take a longer,
Slower exhale.
Really pull the abdomen in.
And just do this a few times.
A long,
Deep inhale.
Then even slower exhale.
And allow yourself to just experience any sensations or any feelings without attachment to the outcome.
And so when we practice non-attachment,
We allow ourselves to become totally empty.
We become empty so that we can fill up again.
Sometimes in our life there are moments where maybe we have lost direction.
We wonder if our life choices are on track or if they're off base.
For example,
You may crave a different lifestyle or career or even relationships.
And just know that when you have these doubts that you are being connected back to your divine purpose.
It is an opportunity in disguise.
And your creative energy can stimulate healthy change and lead to more profound and joyful experiences.
Allow yourself to feel into any of this.
But do not focus on what is missing.
And you can recite silently,
I give myself permission to prioritize the things that bring me joy,
Creativity,
And connection.
And just allow that to permeate your being on a cellular level.
Even if you don't know the answer or all the answers right now,
Know that you are always opening to infinite possibility.
And you may not know the outcome and that's okay.
And now begin to deepen your breath again.
And allow that to ground you back into your body.
Take three more deep full breaths.
Slowly bring your hands together at heart center on tali mudra.
Press your palms into one another as an act of affirmation in the present moment.
Begin to rub your palms together.
Create some heat and friction between your hands.
When your hands feel nice and warm,
You can cover your eyes and soak in some of that radiant warmth.
And just give your eyebrows a little massage until your eyes slowly open.
And just keep everything soft.
The eyes down.
