I’d love to know your experiences as you listen to each section. In this session, we’ll look at where your self-esteem began to be eroded. From your body image, your food choices, work and business, even team management. Recognizing that when you overwhelmed you can add energy to your feelings of low self-esteem.

Well hello beautiful soul and welcome to this our second session.

I was wondering how you went with the first.

If you've used my brain file clearing process before you would have known how much it assists but if it was new to you and you feel like it drop into the classroom and let me know how you feel about it.

I use it every day.

If something's making me anxious or taking me off my flow then I clear the files.

I sit still,

Breathe,

Let it go and let the file get renewed and then I come back.

Anyway thank you for coming on this journey with me.

Today we're going to be talking about how we can lose more of that low self-esteem and just explore the origins a tiny bit,

Not deeply.

I don't believe in that but think about it.

Where's your self-esteem eroded and where did it start and what does it affect?

There are big questions I know.

They can affect your body image,

Your food choices,

How you work,

How you build your business,

Even team management.

If you recognize where when you're overwhelmed and how you respond that's another step to dismissing those files,

To dismissing the files that keep those records alive and you know you don't have to look,

Not look deeply.

I'm really serious about that.

Your brain's got it all in hand that's why we use it but if you feel yourself sliding into something where,

Where you're reacting rather than responding lovingly,

You can say to your brain in the moment,

Just right in that moment,

Ah you know those files we were just using?

Can you take them and let them get refreshed?

Let's float them over the airwaves and land them in the love pile.

Easy,

Truly easy.

So for me the thing that I've been unwrapping for quite a while is my supposedly being fat and I know where it came from,

It didn't take much for me to find it out.

I have a sister who was unwell as a child,

She's the second sister and I'm the third.

She was unwell through her childhood and was very skinny and I wasn't,

I was a firm baby.

There was no way I was going to be a skinny person,

I'm solid but I was called fatty because I wasn't skinny.

How's that?

And how do you unwrap that when you don't actually know about it?

And that's where the brain file process comes in because the brain will find the files from key feelings.

So with me saying about my sensitivity,

Did any files come up for you about anything?

Again don't look at them,

Let's just ask the brain to take them over the airways and into the love pile.

So I get all the way through to being an adult and I heard my slim brother-in-law,

My family of in-laws are all slim,

And he told his six-year-old not to eat something as it'll make her fat.

I mean seriously a six-year-old,

She's a tall woman and now she's grown into her body and she's awesome,

She's aligned and fully herself.

She's fit and a foodie at the same time.

At the time I heard that when she was six,

I called out my brother-in-law.

I don't think he understood though.

So if you can get over things that make you feel the things that you feel,

This will make you lose some of the low self-esteem because it's all a tangled mess.

Anyway I just went with the fat thing because it was one of my stories to unwrap and as I've spoken,

Like I said before,

I think some of your big stories would have popped through.

So go through the same process,

Just allow your brain to find the files related to that.

So pause for a minute,

Pause and think about the one big story that comes to mind that may be siblings,

Cousins,

Family,

School embedded.

Because you don't have to carry it,

You know you don't have to look at it,

Just if a name comes up to you from the schoolyard,

Maybe it was a bully,

Just go I wish you love in your world and let's take that file and pop it over the airwaves and land it in the love pile.

You don't have to unwrap it.

I've said that enough but hopefully you'll start to believe it,

It's that simple.

It begins to erode,

If you like,

The stories of low self-esteem.

Wrong things play out,

They really play out and in seeing when they play out,

This gives you a gentle understanding of your own low self-esteem moments and encourages you to believe in a higher self-esteem level to build your self-esteem.

Do you see what I mean?

So together we're going to do a heart library code now,

Just because we're going to limit some of the overwhelm that might have stepped in as we've been talking about stuff and your brain's trying very hard now to find the places that we've talked about and to go deep.

So say to your brain,

It's okay,

It's okay,

We're going to be gentle,

You can just relax and be.

Now what are these heart library codes?

They're vibrational reminders in your being of all that's out there in the world,

In your body.

My simplest explanation to you is that you're a vibrational being.

Music calls out to vibrations,

Numbers call out to vibrations,

We are vibrations.

We just have to remember.

A beautiful friend,

Anahata,

Downloaded these codes and then shared them out into the world.

They spoke to me as soon as I saw them,

Because we forgot,

We really did forget that again we're vibrational beings and we need to remember the codes of these vibrations that belong to us and connect us to other things,

Not just humans,

But things in the world.

So our team,

Our higher connection sent us reminders and the codes are part of that.

To receive this code,

It's simple,

Really simple.

You just hold your hands over your heart and hold the intention that you're aligned with your purpose and that this code will land where it's meant to.

You don't have to do anything else,

I'm the conduit for the vibration to land.

You can be sitting or lying,

It's fine,

Whatever you're doing now is perfect.

All of this is going to land in your heart,

So be gentle and hold your heart wide open and listen while I activate this for us.

We ask for,

Align with and allow this beautiful heart library code,

This Anahata code.

With gratitude and love we activate the assisting frequency of the emotion of overwhelm.

Take another deep breath in light and happy and on the out-breath confirm this vibration landing by saying in your heart or out loud,

It is done,

It is so and thank you.

Saying this confirms the acceptance of the vibration,

Allow it all to land,

Feel the vibration running through your body.

Now while you're sitting gently I wanted to give you some queries to explore.

I you could write them in your own journal or just sit and allow them to enter and this is where we use the brain file clearing process in the more casual way just to get you more aware of how easily you can use this to recalibrate stuff.

The first thought for you is what areas of your life do you feel your low self-esteem is most prevalent and why do you think this is the case?

Now straight up your brain will be bringing up files to confirm all these actions and now you know just allow the files,

Give the brain full permission to gather the files,

Allow them to float over the arc and land in the love.

You don't have to identify them,

Your brain's done all that for you.

A second thought for you,

Again do this from a gentle distance,

Can you identify any specific events or experiences that might have contributed to your low self-esteem?

Are you ready to catch the files?

Give your brain full permission to find the files related to that question and just see them float over the arc and land in the love pile and feel that shift and vibration as they're neutralized.

Now a thought to bring to mind often and to discover more about is how do you react when you feel overwhelmed and how do you think this contributes to your feelings of self-esteem?

Remember to use the brain file clearing process to neutralize the files and just allow them to flow while I'm talking.

If we can go back to that first part of the question,

How do you react when you feel overwhelmed?

When you can identify that feeling in any moment,

Any moment,

You just go oh my gosh I'm not responding well and quietly in that moment ask your brain to pop those files over into the love pile and then respond differently.

Think about how you'd like to respond even if it's afterwards,

Even if you look and go oh my gosh I never did respond very well there.

You can sit still,

Go back to the spot gently,

Don't blame yourself and write a different story,

Write a different outcome.

Do it quickly,

Don't let your brain invade it and your brain will learn that you're trying to make your life smoother and more aligned and once it sees you responding well it'll start to be more your friend.

As soon as you write a different story,

As soon as you mark a place where you feel overwhelmed and you actually look and go oh gosh I did that,

You can look a bit further and see what made you feel overwhelmed.

It's probably got nothing to do with the current circumstance,

It'll be from before and you can again gather those files and love them and pop them over into the love pile and let them get neutralized over there,

Processed,

Realigned.

One more thought for you,

In understanding the origins of your self-esteem,

How do you think that particular understanding can help you address it?

Now that relates to what I said before,

As soon as you see it,

As soon as you see it you're helping yourself and you're changing the script of whatever circumstance led you to this.

Going back to me and my supposed weight,

I know now that I wasn't fat,

I'm still taken back into that space just minorly and then I see it and leave it and I send love to my sisters who helped it.

I look forward to being a happy,

Joyful,

Beautifully adjusted,

Loving me and like you I am not the sum of my physical parts,

We are so much more than that.

You are the sum of all that went before you and all that comes after you.

Everything about you is the sum of who you are,

Your connections,

Your spiritual shine,

Your earthly shine and your earthly connection.

All of you,

All of you shining.

Okay beautiful being,

What we did was quite big so give yourself a break and I hope you're getting used to now just sending those brain files over in the moment,

On the fly and you've probably guessed by now that we unwrap different things,

Different things from what we think we're unwrapping and you may even come back to this point again and that's okay because it means you'll unwrap another layer and you'll free yourself up more to be the beautiful being that you choose to be,

To be the beautiful being that you chose to be when you came here.
