Hello beautiful being.
I was having a thought today about anxiety and the fact that at different times of the year we are seemingly more sensitive than others.
I know that sensitive beings have been called out a bit in meditation.
I firmly believe we're all sensitive and that we're all empathic and at times when the season brings a vast array of emotions we accidentally cop the edges of that.
If we're not fully grounded in who we are we can cop a fair bit.
So in my moments this morning before I came here I was really really anxious about leaving the house and I know it's because we live in a summer holiday destination and it's Christmas if you're listening to this later on and the roads are filled with people with different agendas.
People who are genuinely happy and other people who have decided that it's Christmas so we will be happy and those people they do impact the energy out there in the world they do and we need to be aware of that.
So when you feel the first stages of any kind of anxiety or symptoms of overthinking on the negative really do settle in,
Give yourself a break,
Love yourself just a little bit more and then start again.
So what we're doing today we are going to do two heart library codes.
I came in knowing that I wanted to do the one on anxiety with us and then I asked and intuited a second one and the second one is the kangaroo.
I'm in Australia for those of you who don't know and the kangaroo has a beautiful message which I will come to when we do that code.
In the meantime have a glass of water or at least a sip of water and confirm your body's hydrated.
So whether you're sitting or lying or moving around hold a heart-based intention for this to land in your heart library and assist you wherever it needs to be,
Wherever.
Scan your body now,
Scan it for areas that are still holding on to just some tension and maybe some hard work stress and allow them to fill with love and just be here in this moment,
In this moment and as you are breathing,
Breathing love into your body and allowing your body to stay relaxed and happy and loved.
I'm going to activate the Anahata code,
The heart library code for anxiety.
If you haven't experienced a heart library code before they are vibrational essences.
They are created with numbers and they speak to your vibration.
It's as simple as that.
I could explain in a greater way but really we're vibrational beings.
Vibrational messages are perfect for us so don't try and use your brain on it.

Take another deep in-breath and feel the vibrations settling into your cells as you breathe out.
Take another deep in-breath and on the out-breath say out loud or in your heart,
It is done,
It is so and thank you.
And with that statement you are confirming your acceptance and your growth.
Sit with the music for a little while and allow it all to settle.
Now stay in that beautiful space while I tell you what I found out about kangaroos message.
Kangaroo says it's time to walk away from the situation and let it go because you know kangaroos bound,
They jump and bound about.
So in this case kangaroos symbolism reminds you that you can only move forward right now.
Once you've achieved your momentum keep moving forward,
Keep moving towards the shine,
Not looking backwards,
Knowing that moving forward is enough,
Whatever that moving forward is for you and you don't even necessarily have to be clear on the path.
What kangaroos saying is merely moving forward is all that's called for and you can leap and bound in the direction that feels good and like the kangaroo when movement is done you stand still and look around and feel into the next place to bound out to.
The kangaroo could also be letting you know that it's time to escape a rough situation and just allow your instincts to guide you and just get the heck out of there.
You have all the strength and stamina that you need right now as long as you move forward and don't bring the past with you and that's kangaroos message for you.
So stay in that beautiful space and let me activate kangaroos vibration to assist you in your path.
