How do I know I'm on the right path?
We're going to talk about that today,
And about how to get back on track when you feel lost.

As I was saying,
We're going to talk about that wobble,
That drift you feel,
When you're just a little off course.
And I know we know life's not a straight line,
But sometimes we feel off course,
And we are not quite sure how to get back on.
Also,
Because life and living your purpose is about being courageous,
I've recorded an Anahata Code at the end of the video.
It's the one for courage.
So just take the time.

It will assist you in clarity and unwrapping your next you.

Do you ever get that feeling?
The one where you just know that you went 10 degrees off course?
My quote for this is,
Move courageously,
Enthusiastically and fearlessly along on your journey,
And this way you'll meet up with the wrong way quickly,
And while you're still excited,
Which bumps you back on track,
Rather than seeing you like you're dribbling along,
And just being suffocated by the mediocrity of not quite being on track,
And losing sight of your journey.
So,
For those of you who are Toa and the Water people,
I know that you're going to be looking for quantifications and examples,
And do,
I understand where you're coming from.
I've been there.
But I'm a spontaneous type,
So I usually do leap.
Anyway,
My point here is that 99.
9% of the people that follow their journey,
With enthusiasm,
Don't die in their attempt.
You might be embarrassed,
Bewildered,
Mystified,
But you're the one to laugh at yourself.
So,
Do that.
Laugh at yourself first,
And then you'll move ahead with grace and ease.
A really great recipe for making better journey choices is a mixture of self-enquiry,
Greater self-awareness,
Improved self-talk,
And self-coaching.
That self-work comes up a fair bit,
Doesn't it?
It is about you,
And only you can choose what you hear,
How you take it on board,
What you ditch,
What you keep.
So learn from all around you.
It's an amazing skill to grow,
And it just helps you to more fully understand you and your responses to life.
This is the best,
And one of the more honest things to accomplish.
I always promote that you investigate further before applying big changes.
If you're a baby step person,
Take baby steps and look at the results,
Because big steps often can be another way of showing yourselves it's not working.

Courage is the ability to do things that frighten us,
And to overcome our fears,
And just to replace our fears with this courage.

Just be relaxed.

And you can do the intention and the activating.

I'm just assisting you in the process.
So if you pop your right hand on your heart chakra,

As if you're going to be receiving something in your palm.
