Hello beautiful being,
It's Linda back again with part two of Feeling Invisible and Unseen.
In part one we talked about the almost negative feelings that can be felt when we remain invisible but I feel there's other reasons.
Sometimes the being invisible moments are for your own energetic protection and when you're going through some large inner growth stages there are moments in time where you're particularly vulnerable and this is when your team do their utmost to keep you from being impacted by vibrations that don't harmonize with your new ones,
With your update.
Now this isn't a judgment on the people who may or may not affect you,
I've always felt that it's just a decision made to keep you on the course you've seen and chosen and that sometimes people who dent your energy just kind of fade away or they don't have the same impact on you anymore.
With this meditation I've got the 963 Hertz solfeggio frequency music running in the background.
It's associated with your spiritual connection,
With awakening,
Oh and returning to our original perfect state with a beautiful beautiful code,
A beautiful vibration.
It's believed it can activate the pineal gland and your crown chakra promoting your sense of oneness and the deep relaxation that you need to see and feel the next you and it's thought to help you with connecting to your higher self,
Experiencing the unity with the universe and maybe even helping yourselves return to their original perfect state,
Helping the cellular enlightenment.
It's just a beautiful beautiful tone.
So now wherever you are choose to relax a little bit more.
What we're going to do today is install some heart library codes for new vibrations,
Beautiful Anahata codes and also do some brain file clearing bringing in the new and the shine.
So take a deep breath in all the way as much as you can,
Feel any tension that stops you from filling your lungs and just very slowly allow the out-breath.
Doing it slowly encourages muscle relaxation.
Take that big breath in again and feel the difference and breathe out slowly leaning into wherever you are allowing your body to just be more relaxed.
Scan your body,
Check where there's resistance to the relax,
Breathe into those places encouraging them just to be just to be.
And now while you're being relaxed,
Just holding your eyes gently closed,
I'm going to help us to install the vibration of firstly the amethyst as a crystal with the ability to enhance your intuition.
The amethyst promotes spiritual development and it provides emotional balance and stress release.
And the second crystal whose vibration we're installing today is just one of the best crystals for energy protection,

It's known for its ability to create a shield against negative energy,
Against those energy vampires let's call them,
As well as electromagnetic pollution.
So just keep breathing,
Open your heart,
Open your spirit,
Open your mind and just know that you are in a gentle loving space.
It's your sacred space and inside the space you can allow.

You'll feel it or see it.
It doesn't matter if you can't see what I'm saying here,
Just allow it to happen.
Now come back over to your brain and ask your brain if it can bring to you files from anxiety and worries from this week,
From this day,
Any files the brain's been playing with on anxiety and worry and when they come you don't need to look at them,
Just feel or see them go up and over their arc over to the right to land in the love pile to be neutralized,
Refreshed.
Files in the love pile don't disappear,
They get processed and then refiled usually in a place that's not as impacting.
Now come back over to your brain on the left and ask it if it could find files to help you choose a meaningful life,
Files on choosing a meaningful life.
Give your brain time to dive into these files and gather and when the files come towards you feel and see them go up and over that arc over to the right to land in the love pile,

Recalibrated and refreshed.
Now come back over to your brain on the left and ask it this time to find any files on creating an impactful life,
A lovingly impactful life.
Don't look at the files when they come,
Just feel and see them go up and over that arc,
Follow them with your inner eye over to the right to land in the love pile.
With a refreshed,
Loved up and you shine attached.
Now when you come back to your brain on the left,
Ask it this time if it can find files that confirm I am loved,
Any files to confirm and grow the feeling I am loved and when they float towards you feel and see them go up and over that arc,
Follow them with your inner eye and feel them land in the love pile,
To be loved and you shine,
A new vibration.
Now come back over to your brain on the left and ask it this time to find files on visibility through my own shine,
Being visible through my own shining light.
Give your brain time to go across all timelines to find this and then when the files appear,
Feel them,
See them go up and over the arc to land on the right in the love pile,
To be updated and refreshed into the new.
Now come back over to your brain on the left and ask it this time to find files that confirm I am seen,
I am seen.
Once again give your brain time to find these files and then as they appear,
Feel them,
See them go up and over the arc over to the right to land in the love pile,
To be updated and refreshed.
Now come back over to your brain on the left and thank it for working with you today and then ever so gently,
Ever so gently feel yourself coming back into your physical form,
Don't come all the way back,
Just feel yourself in your human body again,
Bringing all of those new vibrations with you in your heart library,
Breathing in the new vibrations as you come into your body and feeling them land in your heart even more on the outbreath,
Breathing in the new vibrations,
Oh and feeling them land,
Sparkly love on your outbreath and to assist us in sharing the love,
The new,
The new files,
The new vibrations.
Let's ask your blood on every heartbeat to pick up the new vibrations and carry them out into your body,
Overlaying every cell with the new,
Transmuting the old into the new,
Every heartbeat carrying new information out into your system,
Every breath,
Every heartbeat,
All of the information being shared to your cells and then as your body is receiving everything it needs,
The energy and the vibrations come outside of your physical form into your energy field,
Once again installing the new vibration into your shine,
Into your energy so that you shine your new light,
You're visible to those who need to see you now,
You're visible to that which needs to be in your life now,
Sit with these vibrations,
Feel them,
Feel the love,
Feel the new,
