Hi Gorgeous Being,

It's Linda here.

I'm going to do a meditation today about how come sometimes you might just feel invisible,

That people just don't see you.

A lot of the time that's because they're not meant to see you anymore and it's hard on your heart,

I get that,

But the people who see you when they're not meant to,

Oh they often want to fit you into their box.

So don't think it's all bad.

What we're going to do today is brain file clearing around some of those files about where you are seen,

You are worthy and you do belong.

And in doing this we'll find a new vibration,

We'll find a way for you to see you,

For you to be seen by those who need to see you.

That's what this one's about,

Because being invisible is often a way for you to grow,

But it makes us feel yucky at the time hey.

So settle in where you are now.

You probably knew you were going to meditate so you're in your safe space,

Your sacred space,

Laying the energy of more meditation down.

And take a big breath in,

All the way in as far as you can and just let it leak out and as it's leaking out feel yourself,

Feel yourself relaxing in to where you are.

Big breath in,

Filling your lungs,

Filling them as much as you can and once again just let the air out slowly and feel yourself relaxing more.

Now while you're in this beautiful relaxed place I want you to bring your awareness up into your mind space,

The space that lives behind your eyes.

I call that imagineer land.

In this space all things are possible,

It's an empty slate,

But today we're going to meet our brain.

If you take your awareness over to the left and inside this space reach out and ask your brain to join us,

To show up however it wants to show up.

You'll feel it or see it.

This is your picture,

Your feeling,

Your space and from there on the left lift your inner eye up and over to the right and on the right hand side in your picture see a beautiful container filled with love.

This is your container,

It'll show up exactly how you're meant to see it and the files we work on today will be landing in this container,

Recalibrated in this container.

Come back over to your brain on the left now and ask your brain to bring files that it's been worrying about recently,

Anxiety files,

Worry files,

Anything that fits that bill for your brain.

As your brain delivers these files don't look at them,

Just allow them and follow them with your inner eye up and over to the right and they'll land in the love pile.

From there they'll be recalibrated and realigned into your purpose.

The files don't stay in the love container,

Once they're fully recalibrated they just gently emerge back into the filing system again.

They're with you,

Just not front and center.

Now come back to your brain on the left and ask your brain to find files on no one notices me,

No one notices me and when your brain brings those files just feel them,

See them,

Go up and over that arc we created to land in the love pile,

To be neutralized,

A new loving vibration installed.

Come back over to your brain on the left and this time ask your brain to find files on feeling unworthy of attention,

Feeling unworthy of attention and as your brain finds the files related to this,

Feel them and see them go up and over that arc,

Follow them with your eyes and they land on the right in the love pile,

To be fully recalibrated,

Neutralized and loved up.

Come back over to your brain,

Thank it for working with you and this time ask it,

Ask it to find files on fading into the background,

Being a wallflower and fading into the background.

Don't look at the titles on the files as they come,

Just feel and see them go up and over that arc,

Follow them with your eyes over to land in the love pile,

To be recalibrated and refreshed.

Now come back over to your brain on the left and ask your brain if it has any files related to what we've just been doing,

That it would like to refresh.

Just wait while your brain gathers these and when they come towards you,

Don't look at them,

Just allow them,

See them go up and over that arc and land in the love pile on the right,

To be refreshed,

To be updated,

To be loved.

Now come back to your brain and ask it to find files that refer to the statement,

I am a visible shining light,

I feel them,

See them going up and over that arc,

Follow them with your inner eye and let them land in the love pile,

To be updated,

Refreshed and renewed.

Come back over to your brain and ask it now for files on being valued,

Being valued and let your brain find those files and as they come towards you,

Once again follow them with your inner eye up and over to the right to land in the love pile,

A new vibration to be installed.

Now when you come back to your brain this time,

Ask it to find files on I am loved,

I am worthy,

I am loved,

I am worthy and as those files come towards you,

Feel them,

See them go up and over that arc,

Landing in the love pile,

To be refreshed,

Recalibrated and renewed.

Now come back over to your brain and thank your brain,

Thank your brain for working with you on these files and ask it for one more set,

Ask it for the files on I am visible,

I am seen,

I'm seen,

People who want to see me will see me.

Any files that your brain thinks relates to that,

Feel them coming towards you and follow them with your eyes as they go up and over to the right to land in love.

Now beautiful being,

Very gently and without coming all the way back,

Feel yourself coming back down into your body and landing in your physical form,

Bringing all of the vibrations with you and as you land in your physical form,

Let's intentionally plant those new vibrations.

On your next in-breath,

Intend to breathe in the vibrations and on your out-breath,

Know that they're landing in your heart,

In your heart library,

Breathing in the new,

Landing it in your heart library,

All this on your breath and then using the magic power of your body,

Ask your blood as it's coming through your heart on every heartbeat,

To pick up the new vibrations and share these messages out into your cells.

Every breath,

Every heartbeat,

The information gets carried out to your cells,

Overlaying the old,

Transmuting the old into the new and as your body fills with the new,

The vibration travels out into your energy field,

Vibrating a new shine.

You are shining your light as the new you,

Shining what you want to shine,

Magnetizing what you want to bring to you.

Your shine will be seen by those who see you.

This is the magic,

Hold on to your shine,

Value your own shine,

Enjoy the new vibration with the music for a little while,

I'll come back in a while.

Now gorgeous being,

It's time to come back to the here and now,

Ah bring your body all the way back,

Back into the physicality,

Carrying your new vibration,

Carrying you into the here and now,

Shining your light,

Feeling good.
