Hello beautiful being,
It's Linda here again and today I wanted to share with you a throat chakra meditation,
Something where we activate new vibrations for you.
Opening the throat chakra,
Balancing and activating the energy center of the throat for your clearer communication.
So get yourself comfortable,
Get yourself comfortable in the space that you are.
Breathe deeply and on the out-breath feel your body,
Feel your body just relaxing even further,
Even further.
Now while you get more settled I'm going to tell you about the heart library code.
These are vibrational codes,
They're here open you up to the new and this code is specifically for the throat chakra and it is personal to you in this moment.
So while you're being still and getting yourself settled and relaxed I will speak the numbers of the vibrations and then I'll move into the brain file clearing process for some special codes,
Special files related to your throat chakra and speaking.
You don't need to do anything special right now except relax.
We ask for,

Take a deep breath in and feel the vibrations called to.
Feel them landing and entering your heart library.
Take another deep breath in and on the out-breath say inside or out loud it is done,
It is so and thank you.
This statement accepts the vibration and all it brings you.
And now we're going to move into clearing some files,
Some brain files,
Recalibrating and neutralizing.
Bring your awareness up into your mind space,
The space that sits behind your eyes.
You may not see anything when you arrive and you may not see anything while I'm speaking but know and allow that's the secret here.
Take your attention over to the left and ask your brain to show up when it does.
Just acknowledge it and say thank you for being here and then lift your gaze from your brain on the left in an arc up and over and land your eyes on the right,
Your inner eyes and over on the right is a beautiful container filled with love.
That's where the files will go to be neutralized or recalibrated and the arc that you took your eyes over is there to track the files.
Now when you come back to your brain ask it if it can bring you the files on current worries,
Worries from today or from this week and when your brain brings you those files don't look at them just allow them to float up and over that arc over to the right to land in the love pile to be neutralized to be upgraded,
Recalibrated.
The files that we work with today don't actually go away they get recalibrated or neutralized in the love pile and then in time they just track back into the filing system but in a less impactful way.
Now when you come back to your brain on the left ask it now,
Ask it to find files on any anxieties it's been carrying for this week.
Helping your brain in this way is going to align it more with what we're doing so when those files come to you feel them once again going up and over the arc to land over on the right in the love pile for the magic to happen there.
Now when you come back to your brain ask it to find files on words that I didn't mean to say.
Don't look at the files your brain will just find the right ones.
Words that I didn't mean to say and once again as they arrive see and feel them going up and over the arc to land on the right in the love pile to be recalibrated or neutralized.
Now when you come back this time ask your brain to find the files on words that I didn't mean to hear,
Words that I didn't need to hear and once again allow the brain to activate these files personally and just know that they're the right ones and feel them going up and over that arc and landing on the right in the love pile to be recalibrated and refreshed.
Now when you come back ask your brain to find any files on feeling unheard,
On not being heard and when those files come to you once again feel and see them going up and over that arc over to the right and landing in the love pile to be recalibrated,
Updated,
A beautiful energy installed.
Now when you come back to your brain ask your brain to find files on that which I haven't spoken yet,
That which I haven't spoken yet,
Whatever that means to your brain and feel it when it comes,
Feel the files and just allow,
Allow them to go up and over the arc over to the right and land in the love pile.
Now come back to your brain and ask your brain to find files on words that I want to hear,
Words that I want to hear and when you do,
When you see those files coming just allow them to go up and over the arc,
Land over in the love pile to be refreshed and renewed and shone up.
Now when you come back to your brain now ask it this time to find files on words which are mine,
Words which are mine.
It doesn't matter what that might mean,
Your brain will know and then you can feel those files go up and over the arc and land in the love pile.
Now when you come back to your brain this time thank it for working with you and ask it if it has any files that it would like to clear today,
Any files at all.
When they come don't look at them just allow them to anonymously float up and over that arc and land in the love pile.
Now when you come back to your brain say thank you and then allow yourself to ever so gently drift back down into your body,
Don't come all the way back,
Just feel yourself land in your physicality and you're bringing all of those new vibrations with you.
Breathing them in as you are relaxed here,
Allowing them to fill your body and your energy field and just to underscore all that we have done,
