Start your day off right with this morning meditation to prime your mind for abundance and success. Sometimes we feel unmotivated or out of it in the mornings, so I created this meditation to help you elevate your vibration and set yourself up for an effortlessly joyful and abundant day. Good morning.

I am so honored and grateful to guide you here today in this short morning meditation.

If you are listening to my voice right now,

It means that you are here to take just a few moments to center and ground on this beautiful morning to set the tone for your day.

And that in itself is an act of self care,

An act of diligence and dedication to living every day to the fullest and showing up as your best self.

So take a moment to just feel gratitude for the fact that you showed up here today.

And I want you to just take a moment to get comfortable.

Stretch out,

Pull your neck from side to side.

Stretch your arms out as far as they can reach.

Maybe you can even hug your knees into your chest and rock side to side for a moment.

Whenever we sleep,

We are at rest.

And it is critical that in the first hour of our day,

We pay as much attention to our inner world as we can without distractions from our phone from our duties,

Simply allowing ourselves to ground and center and pay attention to what our body needs.

So if you need to stretch a little bit more,

Maybe release some tension by doing a few shoulder rolls,

Flex your feet forward and stretch along your hamstrings,

Whatever it is that your body is telling you that it needs to go ahead and do that now.

And whenever you're ready,

We're going to take three long deep breaths together,

Pair it with a little visualization.

You can touch the top,

Touch your tongue to the top of your mouth.

This will allow your throat to open a little bit more so you can breathe more comfortably.

Make sure that you're sitting up straight.

Your chakras can flow easily and you can create a posture that feels good.

If you're lying down,

Go ahead and just make sure that you are comfortable.

You can place a pillow underneath your lower back if you need.

Wherever it is that you are,

Make sure that you are straight and aligned and that you are comfortable.

Be here for a moment.

And now I want you to just take in one long deep breath with me.

Breathing in,

Feeling your breath travel up through your nostrils down the back of your throat,

Filling up your chest and lungs and stomach with air.

And I want you to visualize this breath as light energy,

Violet light swirling through your lungs,

Through your stomach,

Cleansing out any stagnant energy.

And then gently releasing out through your mouth,

Allowing your chest to fall,

Feeling your shoulders drop,

Watching light come out your mouth as you exhale and spread into the world this bright violet light that is your life force.

And as you take another inhale,

Breathing in through your nose,

Just think about this pure clean oxygen that is filling you up,

Feeling it travel through your body,

Filling up your chest and stomach with air.

Feel gratitude for the fact that your body breathes all night without you having to do anything.

You get to simply just be.

And as you exhale,

Really realizing that our bodies beside being our home,

They are a miracle.

They function without us having to do anything.

You are here and you are so supported and grounded and safe and loved in your body.

And your body is just what it needs to be.

And even though sometimes we have aches and pains,

Or even more serious issues in our physical form,

Know that your body will still always be your home.

Supporting you,

Grounding you in this space that you don't have to do anything.

You see from your eyes without having to think about it.

You breathe without having to try.

Your body rests while you sleep,

Allowing your mind to wander far into different realms.

Just feeling gratitude now for your body,

The beautiful miracle that it is,

The home that it is.

Continuing to breathe in and out at your own pace.

Imagining the light coming in through your nose as it fills you up revitalizing you with beautiful life force energy,

Swirling around as violet light cleansing out your organs and filling you up with beautiful oxygen,

Beautiful life force,

Beautiful energy and beautiful light.

Exhaling out that light back into the world.

Now I want you to just focus on gratitude for a moment.

As you continue to breathe,

Allow your mind to center on something that you are grateful for.

It can be the smallest thing like the meal you had yesterday morning,

The roof over your head,

A loved one,

Your job,

The smile you shared with a stranger,

It can be anything.

I'm gonna give you a minute of silence to think of something and then just really immerse yourself in that memory of whatever it is you choose.

And now with that memory in mind,

Just allow that feeling of gratitude to fill you up.

Imagine it traveling up and down your spine like light.

Imagine that gratitude in your heart just expand and grow until it fills your whole body.

There's this beautiful green growing light centered at your heart and as you breathe and as you immerse yourself in this memory more and more that green light just expands and expands until it's radiating around your whole body.

You feel at peace,

You feel joy,

True joy comes from an emotion such as gratitude,

Really just realizing how abundant we really are.

And now with this feeling of gratitude radiating through us,

This green light shielding us,

Protecting us,

Loving us,

Nurturing us,

I want you to smile to yourself if you aren't already and just curl the tips of your lips up a little bit or you can grin,

Whatever feels right for you this morning.

Just keep smiling for a few seconds as you keep that memory in mind,

Allowing the smile to spread to your heart,

Light up your life this beautiful morning.

And lastly,

I want you to know take this time to set an intention for your day.

How do you want to start your day?

What will your morning routine look like?

What will your day look like?

Just gather an intention.

It can be one word,

It can be a sentence,

It can be how you want to go throughout your day,

You can imagine your day happening.

I want you to just set that intention.

Today will be great.

What is your intention for the day?

How will you go about your day?

Imagine yourself living out your day in the best possible scenario and really immerse yourself in that.

Let let's take a bow to you.

And now we will close out with a mantra.

This mantra is actually a Reiki practice,

Which we are allowing ourselves to heal our hearts every day as we recite.

Just for today,

I will not anger.

I will not worry.

I will allow myself to be filled with gratitude for the joy and abundance that I have in my life.

I will commit myself to the things that I love,

My work,

What I'm passionate about,

My loved ones,

My purpose.

And I will be kind to myself and to all living things.

As we close out our session,

Remember that you can always return back to your breath whenever you need a moment like this throughout the day.

It takes five minutes,

Two seconds.

But whenever you feel any overwhelm,

Any stress,

Your body is your home and your breath is the magic that lives within it.

Remember to stay hydrated,

Treat your body with care and love,

Treat yourself with care and love and treat those around you the same way.

Keep your gratitude in mind,

Hold on to it,

But not too tightly.

Allow yourself to feel gratitude deeply.

Allow it to ground you into the earth,

But also release it,

Knowing that abundance is always flowing towards you.

That attachment is the root of stress,

But gratitude,

Gratitude is the root of abundance.

So allowing yourself to flow through the day with that notion,

Gratitude and flow.

Keep your intention in mind.

And whenever you get sidetracked or lost,

Just bringing yourself back to your breath,

To your intention and empowering yourself in that space.

It's been such an honor to guide you here today this morning to start our day off together.
