Good morning and welcome to this Morning Gratitude Meditation.

I wish you a very good,

Warm,

Amazing,

Happy morning full of gratitude.

Thank you for listening to this meditation as I also will help you in experiencing,

Feeling and being more grateful the day and the days to come.

As you are laying down on your bed,

Just waking up,

If you've already gone out of bed,

Sitting down somewhere quiet,

Ready to work on your gratefulness,

I want you to focus on the breath.

As you inhale and exhale,

I want you to feel the sensation of your breath.

With each breath,

You allow yourself to become more.

Each breath you feel relaxed and you tell yourself,

I am relaxed.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

You bring your awareness to this beautiful new day that is dawning.

As the sun rises,

You will rise into the amazing human being that you are.

Amazing human being with so much gratefulness and love to give.

Gratefulness and love to give to yourself,

To others and to the world.

Your gratefulness is like the sun.

As you visualize the soft,

Warm light of the morning sun gently touching your face,

Watching your body as the warmth of the sun rays expands over your body,

Filling you with a sense of renewal.

As your body warms up from the beautiful sunny rays,

Take a moment to reflect on the simple things in life that you are grateful for.

These may include the people you love,

All the opportunities you have,

No matter how small,

Or the experiences that have shaped you into the amazing human being that you are.

With each inhale that you take,

I want you to think of something specific that you are grateful for.

Exhale,

Release any tension of negativity.

Let the gratitude fill your heart and your mind.

Inhale and think,

I feel grateful to be alive.

Exhale,

I let go of everything that doesn't serve me.

Inhale,

I am grateful for the love I have for myself,

My partner and my family.

Exhale,

I let go of all the things,

All the clutter and overthinking in my mind.

Inhale,

I am so grateful for the job that I have,

For the friends that I have,

For every single moment that puts a smile to my face.

Exhale,

I let go of all the negative moments,

All the tension and stress that I have.

Continue to inhale and exhale for a few moments while you think of more things to be grateful for and to release in your life.

Imagine a warm golden light surrounding you.

The sun fully surrounds you.

You bathe in the beautiful warm golden sunlight,

Representing the warmth of all the gratitude that you have.

It feels nice and good to be surrounded by so much gratitude.

And at the same time,

You'll notice that this is a shield against any negativity and stress.

Visualize expanding the shield with each breath until it becomes your entire being.

This state of gratitude set your intentions for today.

Think about how you can carry this feeling of gratitude with you throughout your daily activities.

What do you want to accomplish today?

How do you want to feel today?

What will we have done today?

So you can tell yourself that this was an amazing day.

What is the one thing that you want to do today to make this day epic,

To make yourself feel accomplished,

Proud,

Grateful and everything else that you want to feel?

How can you share this positivity with others?

Take a few more deep breaths.

Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the room.

Making your fingers and toes a big deep stretch.

While you're stretching,

Why don't you stretch your smile?

Keep that big beautiful smile of yours on your face.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Knowing that you will carry this sense of gratitude and positivity with you as you go about your day.

Remember that even in challenging moments,

You can always return back to this feeling of gratitude to find strength and perspective.

Know that you have those beautiful golden sun rays and your shield with you.

Amazing,

Beautiful day.
