Welcome to Time Abundance,

I'm Leslie.

If you've been living with that constant feeling of running out of time,

Being behind,

Never having enough hours in the day,

I'd like to offer you an opportunity to build a completely different relationship with time.

We're going to explore how to shift from the exhausting experience of time scarcity to the peaceful reality of time abundance by fundamentally changing how you relate to the time you have.

Find a comfortable position and allow yourself to arrive fully in this moment.

Now let's begin this journey from rushing to flowing,

From scarcity to abundance,

Together.

Take a deep breath and notice,

Right here,

Right now,

You have enough time.

You have enough time for this practice.

You have enough time to breathe.

You have enough time to be present.

Bring to mind that familiar voice in your head,

The one that keeps telling you to hurry up,

That everyone else is on schedule except you.

You know this voice.

It points to the goal you said you'd reach by 25,

But now you're 35,

Or 45,

Or 55,

And so on.

It compares you to the neighbor who seems 15 years younger than you are in age and 15 years ahead of you in life.

It reminds you of the money you thought you'd have by now,

The places you thought you'd have traveled.

All the while,

The clock keeps ticking and the days keep passing by.

Notice what these thoughts do to your body.

Where do you physically feel it?

In your chest,

Tight and constricted?

Your shoulders carrying the weight of all you think you should have done?

Your stomach churning with the anxiety of being behind?

Don't try to fix the feeling.

Just acknowledge it with compassion.

This is what time scarcity feels like in your body.

From this place of time scarcity,

What's your most likely response?

You try to do everything at once,

Right?

I'm going to make a new budget,

Take a class,

Book a trip,

Start a diet,

Launch a business,

And it goes on and on.

You start with a bang,

Full of determination,

And within a few months,

It's all fallen apart.

You're left feeling burnt out,

Depressed,

And guilty because you couldn't get it all done.

It's a pattern,

The expansion of hope followed by the collapse of overwhelm.

This is the cycle of time scarcity.

But what if I told you that the solution isn't having more time?

What if the solution is asking a revolutionary question?

Do these things really need to get done today,

Tomorrow,

This month?

Do they even need to get done at all?

Stay with me now.

I'm not saying that you should say screw it all and not do anything anymore.

Here's what I'd like you to consider.

What if the reason you feel like you're running out of time is because you're running all the time,

Frantically running from one thing to the next?

Next,

What if the solution to time scarcity is to stop running?

All of these things you're rushing around trying to do,

Pause and ask yourself,

What if I stopped running in all these directions at once,

And instead asked which direction is truly worth walking toward?

You've probably heard the saying,

You make time for what matters.

Most people take this as permission to cram more and more things into their day.

But what if making room for what matters really means getting rid of what doesn't?

Think about it.

This shifts you from not enough time to do everything to having enough time to do the things that matter to you.

Let's practice this mindset shift together.

Take a slow,

Deep breath.

Close your eyes and imagine your life as a container.

Right now,

Your container is overflowing.

Stuff is spilling out everywhere.

Now,

Imagine removing everything that doesn't truly matter to you.

Take it one thing at a time.

Be honest with yourself when you make these choices.

It's just you and me here right now,

And there's no judgment.

Don't hold on to things that the outside world says should matter.

If it's not a vital responsibility,

Toss it.

There are real obligations in life,

And there are obligations we put on ourselves.

You already know the difference,

So choose accordingly.

Only keep things that actually resonate with your heart,

Your values,

And your authentic desires.

Now,

What remains?

What's left in the container when you remove everything else?

Notice how much more spacious your container becomes.

Feel how much room there is now for what truly matters.

Feel how your mindset shifts about how you'll be spending your time.

Time abundance isn't having endless hours to do everything.

It's having aligned hours set aside for what matters most to you.

Breathe into this spaciousness.

Notice how different this feels from the cramped,

Overstuffed experience of trying to do everything.

Instead of picking quickly from fear of running out of time,

You picked slowly,

Careful,

With intention,

From a place of knowing you have enough time for what truly deserves your attention.

Now,

Practice this with your current to-do list for the day.

What will you choose to focus on?

What can wait for another time?

Now that you're moving from this place of time abundance,

Say to yourself,

I always have time for what matters most.

Remember,

You're not trying to look good for others.

You're not trying to prove how much you can get done in a day.

You're choosing what's most important for you today.

Notice how different this feels.

There's no rushing energy here.

No frantic scrambling.

Just calm,

Clear choice from a place of clear intention.

This is what becomes possible when you shift from time scarcity to time abundance.

Let's practice a phrase that can revolutionize your relationship with time.

I always have enough time for what truly matters.

Repeat this silently in your mind or out loud if you choose.

I always have enough time for what truly matters.

How does that land in your body?

Notice any resistance and breathe into it with compassion.

And repeat once more.

I always have enough time for what truly matters.

Let this truth settle into your bones.

How does it feel to imagine giving this one thing you've chosen your full attention?

Knowing that you have the time for it.

How does it feel to release the pressure to do everything all at once and focus on just one thing instead?

Let's spend our remaining time together embodying this new relationship with time.

Remember,

You're not running out of time.

You're not behind.

You're not missing out.

You are exactly where you need to be with exactly enough time for what's truly yours to do.

As you relax and breathe,

With each breath,

Feel this truth getting stronger.

Breathe in abundance.

Breathe out scarcity.

Breathe in enough.

Breathe out not enough.

Breathe in presence.

Breathe out pressure.

As you prepare to return to your day,

Remember,

Time abundance is a practice.

Every time you feel that familiar rushing energy.

Every time you hear that voice saying you're running out of time.

You can return to this statement.

I always have enough time for what truly matters.

As you prepare to return to your day,

Remember,

Time abundance is a practice.

Every time you feel that familiar rushing energy.

Every time you hear that voice saying you're running out of time.

You can return to this question.

Do I have enough time for what truly matters right now?

The answer is always yes.

Take one final deep breath.

Feel yourself grounded in the truth that you have enough time.

You are enough.

This moment is enough.

Carry this abundance with you.

Move through your day,

Not from scarcity and rushing,

But from fullness and trust.

You have enough time for what truly matters today.

Thank you for taking this journey from scarcity to abundance with me.

The gift of enough time is yours.

Until next time,

Stay present,

Be peaceful,

Live prosperous.
