
Letting Go Of Resentments
The resentments that we hold on to are like heavy weights, dragging us down and keeping us stuck in a negative mindset. Often times, these resentments stem from past experiences or interactions with others that have left us feeling wronged or hurt. It can be difficult to let go of these feelings, but holding onto them only causes more harm than good. When we hold on to resentments, we give power to the person or situation that caused them. We allow them to control our thoughts and emotions, taking away our own happiness and peace. In this meditation we bring to mind our resentments and visualize letting go of them.
