Welcome to this manifest your dreams meditation.
The Buddha once said what you think you become,
What you feel you attract and what you imagine you create.
And through this meditation you can start to bring your dreams into reality.
So when you're ready get yourself into a nice comfortable seated position.
Placing your hands on your thighs,
The palms facing upwards.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose.
And as you exhale gently close the eyes.
Allow yourself to relax.
Another deep breath in.
Exhaling allow your body to feel calmer.
And one more inhale deeply.
Exhale completely.
Letting go of any stress or worry.
Allow yourself to come into this deep state of calmness.
When we are tensed,
Stressed or worried.
We cannot see or think clearly.
We tend to focus on the negative.
So it's time to let go of that.
Come into calmness.
Come into relaxation.
And come into clarity.
Now bring to your mind one dream or goal that you wish to fulfill.
Visualize it clearly and start to imagine that it's already in your life.
Continue to breathe slowly and deeply as you get really clear on this vision.
And let the emotions of having this dream,
Achieving this goal,
Start to fill your body.
Perhaps it's joy,
Happiness,
Excitement.
Find the emotions that come with having this goal.
Fulfilling this dream already.
Imagine these emotions filling your heart.
And hold on to this feeling.
Now start to imagine you living your life.
Visualize your life now that you have achieved this.
Where are you?
Who are you with?
What are you doing?
Make it as real and as vivid as possible.
Imagine yourself living this day,
Living this life,
As if you have already achieved and fulfilled this goal.
Start to feel the energy of this vision.
And know deep within that you are aligned with this dream.
And this life,
This vision that you have,
This is your new reality.
And you can silently repeat after me,
I am aligned with my dreams.
I am aligned with my dreams.
My dreams are becoming my reality.
Take a deep breath in.
Let it go.
And just give yourself this space now.
And see what comes to you.
Perhaps a thought,
An idea.
So when you're ready,
Start moving your fingers,
Wiggling your toes.
And when it feels good,
Start blinking open your eyes.
Coming back into the space.
