Welcome to this five minute confidence boosting meditation.
When you're ready,
Just get yourself into a nice comfortable position.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and let it go.
Deep breath in and release.
One more deep inhale and exhale,
Let everything go.
Close your eyes.
Allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm,
Keeping your back nice and straight.
Your shoulders are back,
Your chin is parallel to the ground.
Just become aware of the breath.
As you're sitting tall,
Allow the breath to just flow in and out of your nose.
And with your eyes closed,
I want you to just imagine you're standing in front of a mirror.
Seeing yourself,
Looking into your eyes,
You see yourself standing tall.
Standing up straight,
Feeling strong,
Powerful and secure.
With a sense of calmness and a sense of assurance,
Knowing that whatever you want to do,
You are capable.
Take a deep breath in and release.
Let go of any worries.
Let go of any stress.
And just repeat silently after me.
I am confident and capable.
I trust myself and my abilities.
I am worthy of success and happiness.
I embrace challenges with strength and courage.
Take a deep breath in.
Let it go.
And just take a moment to sit with this feeling of confidence,
Of calmness,
Of clarity and courage.
And if your mind starts to wander,
Just remind yourself.
I am confident.
And whenever you need to,
You can come back to this feeling.
This feeling of strength,
This feeling of power,
Because you are capable.
Believe in yourself,
Trust yourself and go out and do whatever it is you need to do.
