Root Chakra Meditation

This clearing meditation is designed to be powerful and quick and focused on the root chakra. The area that focuses on basic needs. Feelings of safety and security. Daily practice will assist healing and renewal to take place. Enjoy!

Transcript

It is time to prepare yourself for a journey of healing and expansion.

Close your eyes.

Make yourself comfortable either by lying down,

Even if you fall asleep,

Your subconscious mind will journey.

Or you can be seated in a chair or on the floor.

Whatever makes you comfortable,

But optimally the spine should be vertical.

Now take three deep cleansing breaths in through your nose.

Hold for a count of three and release through your mouth with a bit of force to discharge the energies that are ready to be released.

With each breath releasing all energies that no longer serve you.

Letting go of the first layer of energies ready to be released.

You are the proverbial onion analogy.

With layers upon layers of energies from this lifetime,

Your ancestors,

And your past lives.

As you move through layer upon layer of traumas and dramas from the past,

Limiting beliefs such as not good enough or unlovable self-image or lack mentality.

Stresses from the day of financial worry or not having enough time.

Releasing of emotional blocks such as the feelings of weight of responsibility.

Not feeling safe or secure.

Low self-esteem.

Anger.

Negative thoughts,

Words spoken and thought.

Releasing the energy but retaining the knowledge and wisdom of each experience.

You will feel more relaxed and go deeper and deeper into your state of being.

Now visualize a large violet flame over your body that is graciously ready to accept your released energy.

The negative or lower density energies.

For recycling,

Purifying and transmutation of those released energies to the highest frequency of unconditional love and then return back to you.

Filling in all the spaces and crevices left by the previously released process.

As you begin to breathe naturally,

Allow for the rise and fall of your breath with ease.

Putting your attention to the raising of your belly with each breath.

The cycling of release,

Transmutation and return will continue through the meditation.

In this guided visualization and healing meditation,

You will be in complete control.

As I am your guide,

You are the navigator of your experience just as in this lifetime.

Free will moves your every step.

You will be able to create flowers in any color,

Produce scents wafting in the air,

Create trees in different sizes and variety,

Change the sky by adding and subtracting clouds or changing the color at will and moderate temperature and water levels.

Again,

I am just your creation guide in the process.

We will begin by creating a scene just as an artist would paint a masterpiece landscape on a clean canvas.

Take your consciousness to a place in nature that would be in a wooded area with trees of many varieties.

As in the book,

The Temple of All-Knowing,

I will take you to a healing space in a national park in California near a river.

I will choose to add evergreens.

You may add other trees.

The ground is soft like sand and feels good on your feet.

The beautiful sky is clear with a smattering of white fluffy clouds.

The sun is bright and warms your body as the rays touch your skin.

There is a gentle breeze that is there to remind you of your physical incarnation as it touches and dances over your skin to cool you from the sun's heat and it brings the scent of flowers ever so subtly.

There is a song of birds that is sweet and melodic.

Each of your senses is gently gifted with a sensation you are happy and at peace.

You are walking slowly as you are alone except for sharing the space with nature inhabitants such as animals and birds.

There's no other person around for miles and you are safe in this completely secluded location.

You are in your physical natural state with no clothing adorning your body vehicle that holds your spirit.

You are at peace and with one with nature as your walking keeps pace with the steps of being in the present time and space.

Now you are coming through a clearing and begin to hear the flow of an amazing fresh river.

You know instinctively that this river is special.

It is pure and holds healing waters.

You are ready to let go of any pain,

Dis-ease,

Emotional trauma,

Limiting beliefs and Mother Earth Gaia is lovingly ready to accept these energies to transmute them to life-force energy.

You slowly walk into the river and you activate the temperature you desire and the depth of the water.

Now you will visualize growing roots from the bottoms of your feet all the way through the sand,

The rock,

Minerals and deep into the core of the center of the earth to anchor,

Stabilize and ground yourself while you release denser energies and while you navigate your third dimensional existence.

You are completely stable in this river and the flow and the movement of the water does not sway you in any way.

It just washes over your body.

You may change the level of the water now covering your ankles or up to your knees to your chest or even your neck.

The water feels amazing like nothing you have ever experienced.

It is pure love in liquid form.

As you feel the love and healing frequency running over your body you feel the release of the energies that do not serve you any longer and you discharge them from your energy field and physical body.

Take a moment to allow this release and put your consciousness to your heart chakra and feel the gratitude you have and the love that the universe has for you.

In this clearing we will focus on the clearing of the root chakra.

Put your attention,

Your awareness,

Your consciousness to your first chakra located at the base of the spine.

Now visualize the color red,

A deep beautiful red.

As your crown chakra is now opening to receive this beautiful frequency in the color of red to clear your root chakra,

Allow for the flow of this color to come through your root chakra moving through your entire chakra system and ending at the root location.

This chakra takes so much responsibility on as you navigate this dimensional life.

This is your center of manifestation of the material world in your professional and personal life.

This is where the emotion of basic needs are stored.

This is where your safety and security is felt.

In times of great stress whether it be financial,

A loss of work or financial burden or losing a home,

This chakra has taken on much responsibility.

This is where it will be cleared gently and with ease and grace.

It will now start spinning at the perfect velocity as the universe clears its way and heals it.

Take a moment to concentrate on the color red,

Sending love to the root chakra.

As you will come to the completion of this initial release of energies and feel light and clear,

Now you will lift your arms out of the water toward the sky and activate the higher density energies of the higher dimensions to clear any residual lower vibrations from your chakras and download any higher frequencies to boost your evolutionary process with ease and grace.

Now that this chakra has been cleared,

It is time to activate the highest frequency.

Coming from the higher dimensions,

The striking white light of the highest value is moving through your crown chakra now.

As it enters your crown,

Starts to tingle,

You can visualize stardust sparkles all around,

Permeating through your chakra system and every aspect of your being for the highest intention of pure love and expansion.

Feel this now.

You have cleared and received and you are ready to move your consciousness back ever so slowly,

Returning from the higher dimensions and bringing your awareness to your physical existence.

As you move out of the water,

Lowering the levels of the river to allow for an easy exit and return to the side of the river.

Turning your head upward,

Giving thanks to the earth and the universe,

Source creator for this experience and holding gratitude in your heart as you bring your awareness back to your body.

You feel amazing.

Connected to your heart center in vibrance and joyfulness to navigate this reality with ease and grace,

Sharing love and kindness and joy in every moment of every day.
