Waterfall Chakra Wash.
In this brief cleansing meditation you will go through a quick release of energies of the entire chakra system.
This can be done anytime and anywhere,
Even in the shower every morning,
As soon as you have committed to the process to memory.
We will begin by releasing tension.
Standing tall,
Opening the chest,
Lifting the head slightly,
Closing your eyes,
And visualizing yourself under a waterfall.
This is a very special waterfall as it flows with the most spectacular of colors.
It not only flows with the colors of the rainbow,
But it flows with colors that you have never ever experienced.
These are magical waters.
These are healing waters from the higher planes.
As always,
When you do a releasing of energies,
Meditation,
Or clearing,
We purify these energies and transmute them to the highest of frequencies and utilize them for life-force energy.
Now we begin by opening the crown chakra,
Allowing for the flow of the higher energies to come through the crown,
Flowing through the entire chakra system.
Visualize the brightest and whitest of light,
Stardust flowing through your crown chakra,
Clearing out all the energies that no longer serve.
As these energies flow through the crown,
You will feel a tingling at the top of your head.
Allow for the release of the energies that do not serve.
The white light energy makes way for a deep purple to come through your crown chakra as the waterfall is changing color to purple.
These waters are flowing through your chakra system and your external body,
Your auric field,
Clearing,
Healing.
The crown chakra is being cleared.
The purple is making way for blue,
Indigo blue,
For the third eye chakra.
Clearing and healing,
Releasing all energies that do not serve.
Indigo blue is making way to light blue to clear the throat chakra.
The energies are coming through and the waterfall is changing to light blue,
Clearing,
Healing,
And releasing all energies that do not serve.
Light blue is making way for a beautiful emerald green for the heart chakra.
Feeling the waters changing color to green,
Clearing,
Healing,
And releasing all energies that do not serve.
The green is changing to yellow,
Allowing for these energies to come through the chakra system as the waterfall changes to yellow.
Clearing and healing and releasing all energies that do not serve.
The yellow is giving way to orange.
Beautiful deep orange is coming through the crown chakra as the waterfall changes color to orange,
Flowing over the body,
Clearing and healing and releasing all energies that do not serve.
Now a deep red is flowing through the crown chakra,
Releasing the orange,
And the red is flowing through as the waterfall changes to red,
And clearing and healing and releasing all energies that do not serve.
As the root chakra comes to completion,
The crown chakra is accepting all of the colors associated with all of the chakras flowing through the crown,
Throughout the chakra system,
As the waterfall changes colors.
You are now clear as the water runs clear.
