Welcome to another meditation out of survival and into the heart.
Take a moment to get comfortable either sitting or lying or you can be undisturbed for the next 10 minutes.
This is a time for you,
For you to tune in to the power and potential that's within yourself.
Begin by taking a few nice long slow deep breaths.
Inhale through the nose and exhale through the nose.
Your breath is the doorway into the energy within yourself.
Slow deep breathing sends a message to your mind and body to move away from stress and into deep relaxation.
As you breathe in and breathe out,
Just know that you'll be replenishing your internal energy.
And just feel any tension or tightness release out of your upper back,
Neck and shoulders.
As you exhale,
Tension and tightness melt out of your body.
Feeling that relaxation melting down through both sides of your spine.
A nice flow of energy moving down from your shoulders all the way to your fingertips.
Inhale and exhale.
Relaxation is who you are.
Stress is who you think you should be.
Just relax into your inner nature,
A place of peace within yourself.
Relaxation is who you are.
A release,
A letting go of all the thoughts,
The shoulds,
The woods.
They're like clouds moving past the sky.
Relaxation is who you are.
Feel that flow of energy going down your legs all the way to your feet.
Your face relaxes.
Your jaw relaxes.
Breath is who you are.
So breathe in and breathe out.
As you inhale,
Feel inspired.
The inspiration of the life force energy.
And when you breathe out,
Let go of the past.
Let go of the worries and stress and just drop in.
Dropping into the heart.
Bring your attention to the center of your chest.
This is the wisdom center of the heart.
The energy of the heart guides us to joy,
Bliss,
Inspiration,
Excitement,
And happiness.
Get tuned in to the wisdom within yourself.
The heart is related to the element of fire.
The fire element has to do with passion and excitement.
Has to do with purpose and power.
Get in to those energies that's right there inside yourself.
As you drop into the heart,
I want you to be transported.
Visualize yourself sitting on a beach in front of a beautiful bonfire.
Feel the warmth and the radiance.
The life force of the fire element.
Flickering flames dancing in front of your face.
Helps you to relax into the warmth and the heat even more.
Notice that the fire is mesmerizing.
It transports your mind into another place.
A place where all things are possible.
Where dreams become reality.
And as you watch the fire and listen to the sounds of the waves in the distance,
You feel connected to your life's purpose and to what's truly passionate inside you.
Get tuned in to those energies within.
Feel the fire that's in front of you as a reflection to the fire and the light that's within your heart.
What's calling you?
What's calling you from your heart center?
Fire sheds light on what's truly alive within us.
Let the fire element in the heart illuminate your dreams.
Let it illuminate new possibilities.
For all the darkness in the world can't shut out a single candle flame.
Fire brings light to what was previously dark within us.
Recognize there's a reflection between the fire within you and the fire right in front of you.
Continue with that nice,
Slow,
Deep breathing.
And notice that the fire dances upward towards the sky.
And as you look up into the sky,
Into that infinite space above you,
Notice the canopy of stars.
And each star is like that candle flame lighting up the darkness of the night sky.
From the stars to the sun,
To the fire in front of you,
To the fire within you,
It is one energy taking on many shapes and many forms.
For your desire,
Your passion,
Your excitement is a form of this fire element.
And when it lights up within you,
Unseen forces conspire together to create your dreams,
To awaken you to new possibilities and the potential that you have within yourself.
Take a few minutes just to breathe it in and let that fire ignite within you.
For you are more powerful than you can imagine.
Allow that power to shine forth.
When you're ready,
You can wiggle your toes and fingers.
Slowly open your eyes and have a new vision of your place in the world,
Tuned in to the fire,
The power,
And that heartfelt energy within you.
Take a deep breath and take that feeling with you into the rest of your day.
