Welcome to this meditation for inner peace.
Find a comfortable place either sitting or lying,
Or you can be undisturbed for the next few minutes.
Let's begin this meditation with a few slow deep breaths.
Don't need to take long.
It's about changing the station and getting into the right state within yourself.
The first step,
Slow deep breathing.
As you inhale through the nose,
Let it fill up your ribs and your chest.
Then as you exhale,
Feel a sense of letting go,
Letting go of any tension or tightness.
Inhale fully.
Exhale all the way out.
To inhale is to breathe life in,
To be inspired.
And to exhale is to let go of the old energy.
Inhale fully to take life in.
Exhale all the way out.
As you let go,
You drop in.
You drop into the present moment right here,
Right now.
In this moment within yourself,
You have power to access the vibration,
The frequency,
The station that you want to be on.
Peace is a sense of contentment in the present moment where we can let go of future projection,
Release any energy from our past and be immersed in this present moment.
Breathing in through the nose and breathing out through the nose.
At the top of your inhale,
Let there be a little pause.
At the bottom of your exhale,
Let there be a stillness to the breath as well.
Inhale and at the top of the inhale,
Feel a sense of deep relaxation and peace within your mind.
Exhale.
At the bottom of your exhale,
Have there be a sense of peace and deep relaxation.
Inhale filling up.
Let the breath be still at the bottom of the exhale.
Breath is still,
Mind is still.
Let your mind be like a clear mountain lake,
Reflective of the surroundings and the sky above.
Like that clear lake,
The mind grasps nothing and lets all things flow by.
In this moment,
With this clarity,
Have that sense of inner peace,
That contentment that comes from the inside.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Now as you inhale and find that stillness at the top of the breath,
In your mind say the word peace.
As you exhale,
Let the word peace drop into the field,
Into the energy field within you.
Inhale,
Say the word peace in your mind.
When you exhale,
It's like a pebble dropped into a pond and the ripples of peace go out in all directions through your mind and body.
Inhale,
Say the word peace.
Exhale,
That intention drops into the field like a pebble into the pond and the ripples of peaceful energy go out in all directions.
Relax and feel the peace within yourself in every cell of your body.
Slow your breath down.
Find the stillness in the breath.
That stillness in the breath reflects inner peace like that mountain lake reflects the sky above.
Inhale,
Say the word peace in your mind.
Exhale,
Release it like a pebble dropped into the pond and the ripples of peaceful energy go out in all directions.
Sense and feel your muscles relaxed,
Your mind clear,
And your spirit relaxed into the infinite present moment.
Breathe in and breathe out,
Letting go of anything that hinders or blocks that peace from within.
Inhale,
Say the word peace.
Exhale,
Drop it into the pond of your mind and let it ripple out in all directions.
Keep your breath very slow and deep.
From this place of peace within,
You tune into the infinite possibilities that life has to offer.
Tune into the power and the energy within you.
Tune into the flow and the connection to life's positive experiences and let them flow through you.
Take just a few more deep breaths,
Knowing that this peace,
Tranquility,
And relaxation is available to you whenever you might need it.
Simply close your eyes,
Breathe slow,
And have the intention on that inhale and drop it into who you are on that exhale.
When you're ready,
You can just bring both hands over your belly.
Feel centered and grounded within yourself,
Connected to the present moment.
Take two more deep breaths and slowly open your eyes,
Bringing that state of peace from your meditation into the rest of your day.
