Welcome to sound healing and self love,

A meditation.

Get yourself into a nice comfortable seated position,

Relaxing the shoulders down,

Closing the eyelids,

Releasing any tension around the face,

The forehead,

Skin around the eyes,

The jaw,

It all relaxes now.

Just breathing in your natural rhythm,

Relaxing the stomach,

Beginning to let go.

Self love,

The self,

The self inside of you,

Your soul is love.

You were made of love.

So self love then is more of a remembering of who you truly are,

Of what you truly are.

And self love is letting go of the thoughts of insecurity and self doubt and fear that get in the way of our natural state of self love.

Just breathe.

Just observe your breath.

Taking a moment to observe how you really feel right now.

Looking at your emotional state,

Saying it's okay,

Whatever I'm feeling it's okay to feel.

So letting go of thoughts that are trying to describe the way you feel and just look right into your heart center.

Feel the emotion.

Just feel it.

When you feel it you you you you you Bring your awareness to your breath Letting go of thoughts Just feeling Your breath And the thoughts pop up just quietly letting them go You You gently releasing them coming back to your breath you you you you you you you you Taking your awareness now to the sounds you can hear To the sound bath you're listening to Really tuning in to the sound and noticing if you can feel it in your body you you you you you you Feeling gratitude for this body that you're in This human experience you're beating heart keeping you alive Smiling feeling all of this And sing to yourself right now in your mind I am love I am love.

I am love.

Bringing your awareness deep,

Deep,

Deep within to the place of self,

The place of the soul and feeling the love that is there.

Letting go of your hands,

Letting them fall back onto your lap.

Pulling your shoulders up and back.

Whenever you're ready,

You can open up your eyes,

Coming back to the room.

And just allowing yourself throughout this day to tap back into the love that is you.
