This meditation will guide you to embody the feelings of what you'd like to manifest. You'll practice feeling as if your manifestations have already come true. We'll spend a few minutes observation of our thoughts and feelings, and end with a visualization.

Welcome to a meditation for manifestation.

Always a good reminder that the things we're after in life,

That we want to manifest into our 3D world,

We're after them because of the way that they will make us feel.

We're after the feeling behind the experiences and the material things.

With that in mind,

Closing down your eyes,

Relaxing your shoulders,

Relaxing your face muscles.

Ask yourself,

How do you want to feel?

What are the feelings you want to create?

Using your imagination,

Begin to cultivate those feelings in your body.

Imagine yourself getting what you want.

And it all working out for you.

Letting go of any thoughts around this.

Just leaning into your body,

Into your breath,

Feeling those feelings.

We'll begin with some slow breaths in through the nose,

Right into the belly.

Letting the belly expand as you breathe in,

Gently breathing out through your nose and feeling the belly contract.

Nice,

Soft belly breaths.

Realizing all of your awareness right there.

Letting go of any thoughts around this.

Letting go of any thoughts around this.

Letting go of any thoughts around this.

So now,

The controlled breathing,

And just relax into your natural breathing rhythm.

Staying with those feelings you cultivated earlier.

Feelings,

But let go of thoughts.

Notice everything you can feel in your body.

They begin as a sort of We're going to bring even more of these positive feelings into the body now.

Trying to visualize in your mind's eye what it is that you'd like to manifest happening for you.

Visualize it from start to finish each thing that you're desiring and feel in your body the feelings that go along with it.

Alright.

You you you Beginning to wiggle your fingers and your toes Maybe roll your shoulders up and back and as you go about your day as you stay in the present moment today keep these feelings in your body and they will manifest Namaste
