Finding a comfortable seated position,

Sitting tall,

Closing our eyes,

And releasing tension in our forehead,

Jaw,

And dropping our shoulders.

We are focusing in on our breath,

Feeling our stomach and chest rise with our inhale and fall with our exhale,

Noticing how our body naturally breathes.

Then we are bringing our breath to where our inhales and exhales are the same length of time.
