Finding a comfortable position seated or laying down.

Taking a deep breath in through the nose,

Feeling the stomach and chest expand.

Exhale through the nose,

Feeling your chest and stomach deflate.

Take one more deep breath in and out.

Bringing your attention to any tension you may be holding in your body.

Inhale,

Exhale and relax your forehead.

Inhale,

Exhale and relax your jaw.

Inhale,

Exhale and relax your shoulders down.

Inhale,

Exhale and notice how at peace your body feels.
